“Good selection, reasonable prices. Checked Elio's out for the first time recently. Even though it's a ten minute walk from my house, I hadn't realized it was in the area as it's hidden behind the Mexican restaurant. Judging based on whiskey alone, the regular shelf selection was good. Found some bottles not sold at other stores in the area (Broadway Wine and Spirits or the Freret Rouses). They have a decent amount of allocated bottles behind the register and they had numerous store picks (excited to try the Pinhook store picks) Picked up Old Forester 100 proof for $25 and a Buffalo Trace store pick (375 ml) for $15. The Buffalo Trace store pick was delicious. I will definitely be coming back for my whiskey needs!”

“We were in the area at the close by Saint Roche market, when we decided to walk a few steps in and enjoy a glass of wine. We almost walked right by this adorable wine spot, that seems popular with the locals. A very quaint spot. Walking in you get the ability to select a bottle of wine or a glass. There was a lot to choose from so it made the experience that much more enjoyable. I went with a nice rosé. Service was great, the environment was cozy and comfortable. I must try.”

There are many places near me to by alcohol, but I will go out of my way to come here because I like the ambiance, plus they stock almost everything you want or might want. What really makes Prytania Wine and Spirits special though is - JOSH!! Josh is not only knowledgeable about damn near everything in the store (and he will guide you on the latest and greatest), but his upbeat and kind personality is what will keep you coming back! If I come in and he's not there, I'm sorely disappointed. You will be, too.”

“We were staying across the street and stopped into this corner store multiple times. Nice selection of fresh foods and snacks, water and alcohol. So much nicer than the other neighboring convenience stores (and much better prices). Brandy rung us up on a Sunday night and she was very friendly! Great customer service!”
“I don't visit Robert Market often but I found myself there today, 12/15. They were sampling wine and some fine spirits. They had the Grinch and the Coca Cola Christmas bears. It was a really nice time. I had a few samples and took advantage of some in-store specials. Well done Robert!! I'll be back soon.”

“I wanted to shop for some different flavored syrups for my teas, smoothies, lemonade, etc . There are some great sale items ,many things to choose from. The store is immaculate & well stocked. There are furniture, rugs, towels, candles & plants. Soda,cookies,candy & cakes, exotic coffees & teas , various pastas, & items you can't find in the average grocery stores. It was such a lovely, refreshing , unique experience that I sat down on the sofa to soak up the peaceful atmosphere. There are so many beautiful, unique items .So, go to the world market ,shop & enjoy yourselves. It is a fantastic shopping experience.There are so many items from different cultures & countries.
