Spoke with Gail and she was very pleasant and pretty sold me tires I was not happy to purchase because her warm attitude and likeable personality over the phone. When I arrived with the tow company Jason the guy at the desk asked me what brought me in. I explained, he asked who did I talk to, I told him the lady that answered the phone and. Gail. He then discouraged me on staying because when he looked on the tow truck he said that Leson didn't have my tires and it would be until tomorrow. He also made reference to a customer that is still waiting on tires from McComb, MS. He discouraged me from purchasing the tires and told me to go to Sam's or Walmart. The tow truck guy had another call and had to drop me and my vehicle somewhere immediately. I got to Walmart and thankfully they had the tires but while getting service broke the driver's door lock. Had Jason never walked me out and refused to service me maybe none of the extra would have occurred. He didn't even look in the computer to check for the tires, he just escorted me out. #SMH #Concerned #HeDidntWantMyMoney #IWonderWhy?

Mr. Tiger Smith is great to work with! Due to a difficulty that arose while at the dealership, it didn't look like the sale would materialize, but Tiger displayed professionalism and courtesy and worked to make it happen. Mr. Don Baudin in Finance was helpful as well. We are enjoying our new vehicle from Leson Chevrolet!

Sales persons were Alvis and Barret. These men are amazing… Barret made the test drive,and sales portion of the transaction seem less. Alvin walked me through the set up after purchase. Financing office went smooth.. my experience was top notch!

Everybody was friendly and helpful, but Alvis was our favorite. He was patient, answered every question, helped me get the auto insurance, and a discount, great warranty, and even a full tank of gas. Amy was super in all aspects of the sale. She kept me up to date on arrival of my vehicle and took the time to show me how to utilize all the features of my new vehicle once it arrived.She did not use pressure tactics at any time to pressure me to purchase my vehicle, which I must say is refreshing as I do not like being pressured. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family when they will need a vehicle.

My wife made an appointment to have her car serviced. When she arrived at Lesson, the service manager knew that he was backed up but did not tell my wife that. There was no communication from Lesson except for the calls that my wife made to the service manager. She was left in the dark about when her car would be ready and it ended up being there far longer than she had planned for. Had the service manager told her at the time she dropped off the car that he was backed up and would not be able to get to her car that day, my wife would have rescheduled. But he did not and then completely failed to communicate with her pro-actively. We have three kids and losing our car for an extended period of time is painful. Then a couple of weeks after the service was complete, my phone started ringing multiple times a day from Lesson stating that we had an unpaid balance. However, my wife had paid the full amount on the bill that was presented to her. I emailed that information as well as a picture of the bill with receipt to Lesson. A day later I received another call from Lesson about the unpaid bill. I said that I had already sent an email explaining the situation. Nearly two week went by and I received zero communications from Lesson to resolve the issue. I called Lesson today and was told that the remainder on the bill which had not been presented to my wife would be removed. What my wife and I learned here is that Lesson applies zero pro-active communication when the customer wants information (i.e., when will my car be ready, are you ready to service my car, and what is your response to my email) but we receive relentless communication from Lesson when Lesson wants something (extra payment that was not communicated when my wife checked out). My wife and I get it now; Lesson is only interested in a one way relationship. We are on our second Traverse and there will not be a third. We will also go elsewhere for service where we are not treated as people that only rate communication when Lesson makes a mistake and wants more money.

Ya'll Honestly, My Husband and I drove from the Gulf Coast of Alabama to Leson Chevrolet because of how professional and helpful the staff was. Tiger was amazing and went above and beyond helping us since we were not able to see the truck or drive it before the day of pickup. I would gladly make the drive again.

We came in to see a vehicle that we researched online. Tiger was very helpful in getting us all the information necessary to make a decision to purchase. He made sure we were comfortable with everything. He was very friendly. The whole process was easy and we were out of the door in time for our afternoon appointment.After having our previous vehicle give out, it was so refreshing to have such an easy buying experience. Bought a used car that was not thoroughly inspected by the dealer!Only after a month of driving our Kia Soul off the lot did the check engine light come on. It read out that there was a cylinder 4 misfire. Brought it to a mechanic and they found that all of the spark plugs were the wrong kind for my vehicle AND were held in place with zip-ties. $2,400 dollars later, I called them for weeks trying to see if they could help cover some of the repair costs, and nothing.I know repairs on a used car are common place but I feel they should have caught this before selling the carIf you feel compelled to buy used from these guys, get the car check professionally yourself to avoid getting scammed!

I called today at 4pm to inquire about service l was told my vehicle is to old,(2019) for air conditioning charging. I was told l do have a leak and forced a diagnostic test when l clearly said it still blows cold air and there’s no antifreeze leaks. Then she said it’s illegal to have air conditioning fumes in the air l can’t get that service but she’ll offer a diagnostic on next Tuesday even with my warranty.that person was rude abrupt and just know what she talking about without even seeing my vehicle.thanks for the best service ever.I’ll find a good shop tomorrow
