I had an excellent experience with my sales person Butch Blakely. From start to finish he made every step enjoyable. I ordered my new suburban so it was exactly what I wanted and Butch took me through the whole process. He and Leson's personnel were friendly and eager to make me feel comfortable with the process. Kris entered the order, Butch kept me informed and updated on the progress. Ronnie gave me an excellent trade in on my 2015 suburban. When my new suburban arrived Butch called with the good news. The make ready department did a great job preparing it for pick-up. Butch greeted me when I arrived, explained how to use every feature . Butch introduced me to Joe who handles the transfer of the vehicle and just like everyone else, Joe was friendly and made this process easy. So the next time I or my family needs a vehicle, Butch Blakley and Leson Chevrolet is where I will shop.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced for regular maintenance. My appointment was for 10:30am. I arrived at the service department for 10am. I seen there was a line not even thinking about the holiday weekend. Knowing I had no one to pick me up…I decided to stay with my car. A 10:30 appointment turned into hours. This location doesn’t take appointments as priority at all. Those arriving without an appointment should be seen last. So, my name is called at 1:20pm that my car is finished. Keep in mind this is just a regular routine oil change. Every vehicle I have had tire rotation is included in maintenance with oil changed. The bill came to $103.60…why? $10.00 for tire rotation ? If they would have honored my appointment and got me out there within 1 or 2… would be fine but to add insult to injury they charged $103.60 for an oil change. The same oil change six months ago at another location. They could have took $20 off for the wait even if cost has gone up. On top of that, they left all the paper on the seat too. I won’t be going back here. I know if it was my husband who took the car instead of me, the price would’ve been different. I talked to a manager and oh yeah that’s the correct charges. Parts have gone up…what parts because it was just a routine maintenance. They don’t honor appointments at all. It’s okay. You reap what you sow!

Be very careful with this dealer even with warranty work or recalls. I had a recall for my 2023 Colorado and brought it to Leson not once, but twice to get this recall done and still didn't get it done from them. I did my research before booking the 2nd appt and writing this review. The first visit took about an hour in total with no recall done to the vehicle. I noticed this because there were no updates applied to my vehicle in the system settings tab. Upon doing more research with fellow Colorado owners, I was able to confirm this because my receipt didn't have any warranty claim codes on it, simply just comments from the tech (misspelled performed btw). Booked a 2nd visit, again took another hour, and left with no codes on receipt or updates to system settings in the dash. At this point I was fed up dealing with this, mind you I'm losing money from work since I'm spending additional time to get a RECALL done. Booked a 3rd appt on the eastbank at another Chevrolet dealer, and they successfully performed the recall with no issues. Dropped it off and picked it up the next day.
Look, I get you don't make any money from the customer on recalls, but don't tell me the recall was completed when it blatantly wasn't. The excuse I was given by the advisor was "the technician didn't click the right reprogram button on the screen". So you either have technicians that don't know what they're doing, or you simply advise to staff not to worry about recall jobs. I knew what to look for before following up the next day on the 2nd visit. Gladly providing proof of my visits so others can see. Your technician can't even spell "performed" correctly on the invoice.
