I work for kroger, and when I was told there's a kroger in New Orleans, I became excited until I found out this isn't a kroger grocery store. I called several times to speak to someone, but to no avail. I will speak to the Union representative regarding this issue.

Why is that get my prescription mailed to me on ice packs and always leak!! All over the prescription, why must I deal with wiping off prescription...why must the ice packs have hole so gel pours out!!

Not a Kroger? Like there are pictures of a Kroger! I came ALL THE WAY from the Northshore!!(about 2 hours) This is absolutely ridiculous that it's advertised as a Kroger store, but when you get there, it's not a store, and that's why there are no reviews from this year! It's all from over a year or two ago! Please, someone, fix this so no one else goes there!

Very poor customer service, and lack basic human decency, mean and unhelpful, especially a particular black lady with braids and wearing prescription glasses. Don't bother going there. Worst Kroger experience I've ever had.Used to love the Kroger brand, very disappointing.

There always seems to be some kind of problem with this pharmacy. From the endless pesty calls from their phone reps, to phone systems that aren't working correctly. I called them on a Friday regarding a defective syringe and was voice prompted to a phone that was no longer in service. It was supposed to be staffed by a pharmacist. You call, you speak to supervisors, and problems go on. Nothing is rectified or improved. I have had delayed receipt of medication twice this year. One instance caused a flare in my condition, resulting in a costly doctor's visit and additional prescription meds. I am tied into this pharmacy for my specialty meds because of insurance. I dread every interaction with them.

Absolute pests about refilling an order. They outsource their call center to people who can't speak English and can only read off a screen no matter what you say or ask.
