I am trying to save others of the inconveniences I experienced. I took an Uber to the Navy Base location. The location and address confirmed on my reservations and Google maps. The soldiers at that location shared there is no Hertz on the Navy Base at this address. I contacted the local number several times and no answer. The Phone Rung several times and the call was disconnected. I called the 1-800 number only to have them transfer me to the local number, again no answer. I called the 1-800 number again, someone different shared this location is being handle by the Harvey office on Manhattan. I took a second Uber to the Harvey location where I was not welcomed with support. I called while I was on the way. Brandon, immediately pushed me to the reservation line. He did not know I was walking in the door at the time of the call. I was again met with frustration. Eventually, I was issued a car. I asked about a discount, compensation or accommodation for the inconveniences and $62.00 I spent on ubering to a location that did not exist. I was told Brandon, the store manager could assist. When Brandon finished with a costumer he said my issue is not a branch problem and cooperate will give me points for the inconveniences. He was very nonchalant in his response. Now I am late for work, spent time and money on locating a location that does not exist at all. Currently on hold with the customer service department. If I am not pleased with the accommodations, I am Contacting American Express to handle this.

I always have an amazing experience at this location, so this is the location I frequent exclusively. The service is consistently top-notch, the car option is always satisfactory, and even the pricing is reasonable (good value). Shout out to Brandon who has made this the best location in Greater New Orleans.

Please!!!! Don’t rent from this location the young lady that works here went out of her way not to probably close out the rental car I rented so that I can receive a receipt she left the rental open for days while I was being charged as if I hadn’t returned the car at all. On top of that she put a cleaning charge of $500 dollars to my bill which was weird because the cleaning policy is only $400 so why charge .$500 if your only permitted to charge 400. When I called back about the receipt I was told by the young lady that the ticket was closed and the manger is the only one that can give a receipt. So I returned back to hertz to ask the manager in person for the receipt I was told I don’t have a receipt to give you. The manger Brandon was very rude and disrespectful and also lied about the receipt. I ended up having to go to another location to see where the car was. This place is for full of negative employees. Stay away!!!

Brandon is very spicy, short, and rude. He comes off very aggressive, argumentative and his tone is condescending. To find out that he is a branch manager is very disturbing the way he handles his costumer service skills is irate and irresponsible to say the least. I pray that they get it together at this location ASAP.

They rent vehicles online and over the phone that are not actually available at the location. When we got there, the lady just literally said I don't have anything and I can't help you. Call the 800 number for a refund. This is such a waste of time!! Horrible experience and customer service.

Owner please contact me. I don’t know how I did it but I completely dropped the ball and messed up my pick up date. I could have down it was today it was yesterday and today you are closed. Can you please help me fix this major mistake on my part?

Absolutely awful experience. Workers were rude and outright ignorant. Treated every single person the same. Don’t have proper inventory to fulfill rentals so turned down every customer, rudely, for some made up reason. Time to file a class action against Hertz!

Agent was VERY unhelpful and SO rude. Furthermore, she refused to contact her manager for further help.
I have rented MANY times from other locations. Will NOT visit this location again.

This place is absolutely horrible in particular, is the Caucasian older guy. Very rude did not help me with my billing issues. He simply was like, "Your time is up. We will be charging your card daily at the full price until the rental is returned. I spoke then with a young lady who explained everything to me, basically saying my insurance company made an Era was in the system as 80/30, which she then replied that wasn't normal it's usually 80/20 which would make a difference. Me personally would never rent from here as long as his there. Very unprofessional, rude, sarcastic, and no customer service skills what so ever

Made me wait to long. Trashy employee caught a attitude about me trying to log my Netflix off of the tesla screen after returning it. She didn’t care to even ask if I made sure I had everything. It’s definitely about time to leave this trash place known as Louisiana. Bye bye. Crabs in a bucket…..
