The customer service I received on 3/25 was extremely disappointing. The woman who answered the phone was rude and unpleasant. This has been the worst car repair experience I’ve ever had. While I understand there can be challenges when repairing or painting a car, I advise choosing another company if you need efficient and timely service. From the moment I brought my car in, I had a feeling the service would be unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend avoiding Westbank Gerber Collision.

I had to pry an estimate out of them. The estimater and the customer service person / receptionist did not communicate or what ever it is that they do to get the customers estimate to them in an email at that. Go figure. It was Like pulling teeth. I truly do not think they need theBusiness. Anyway. Out of three estimates they were in the middle.

The folk at Gerber are nothing short of AMAZING! They worked hard to ensure I was happy with my vehicle before I took it home. The manager is superb and hands on! Thanks for doing a great job!!

This place scammed me and you should not bring your car here! I had to go to another repair shop to fix their botched job. They lied and did not repair my car.

If you know of a shade tree mechanic… neighborhood Mr. Fix it… even a little girl with a similar shade of nail polish who can do makeshift body work on a car, I would start with any of these options before wasting my time with Gerber. Communicating with the manager, Chad, had to be the worst part of the entire experience. I was lied to several times being told, “your car is in the paint booth right now.” Then I’d receive random texts saying the pickup date has been changed/extended. I was initially told that a few guys quit around Mardi Gras, so they were short. Mardi Gras was in February, which is when I dropped off my car. After that, there was just excuse after excuse. The communication was poor and there was no transparency about the entire process. To make matters worse, I went in on the 5th or 6th changed, estimated pickup day only to find that they “didn’t know they had to repair the bumper, too.” The entire car experienced damage and these people fixed ALMOST ALL OF THE CAR! Mind you, no one ever apologized, they just blamed everyone but their own lack of professionalism. A week later, I go back to pickup the car and there are rust spots and missing paint marks. I’ve been taught to take pictures of my mileage before and after dropping my car off. I get inside to find the driver and passenger seats adjusted, passenger side reclined, mirrors adjusted, and passenger head rest height completely adjusted, like someone was spending more time inside my car than outside. I’ve been without my car for over 2 months and the best I could get from Chad is, “well it’s not our fault.” I hope this saves someone else from having to waste their time.Services: Painting

Horrible! I’ve now been told three different things & still do not have my car. I would rather someone be honest with me and let me know they can not tell me exactly when I can expect to have my vehicle back rather than each time I have to call be told somthing totally different as if they’ve just completely lied and forgot about what was already said . It’s also disappointing that I have only been informed of things when I called them. I was promised updates on Tuesday and Thursday of every week and have gotten 1 update on the very next Tuesday following dropping my car off. This has been absolutely terrible!

Awful! I will not recommend my worst enemy to go here. These people had my car for 3 weeks to call and tell me it was ready to find out all they did was buff it! Mind you I was calling to check on it and they was telling me it was being primed and painted, which was a lie and the Manager Pam didn't make the process any better, attitude and all. It's more need to be said but it's too much. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

i've taken my car here multiple times as people have run into me per what the insurance company wants. this is the best recommended company to take your car to allstate. yea don't listen to them. they'll keep your car for extra weeks, they won't keep you updated, if u want an update call them DOES NOT MEAN THEYLL GIVE YOU ONE OR ANSWER. this place is horrible and comes w the worse customer service. never come here.
