I was a life storage customer for almost 3yrs. Always paid on time! I called to pay in August and it was not a option due to it being changed to “Storage Center” I was NEVER told about a change and of course upset! I called about 100 times trying to speak to someone other than the lady they had answering the phone telling everyone she will have someone call us! It’s been almost 3 weeks and I call today to be told that someone tried to call me which is a LIE because they didn’t have my number when I asked her what number she called! Same number I have had for 10yrs! Now me neither my daughter storage can be found!! I lost everything in hurricane all we have left is what is in that storage! They are robbing us and lying to gain access to ppl storages! How can you lie and tell ppl who has there life belongings in a storage unit that they been paying on that you can’t find their unit! This is heartbreaking ?

The Space was just what I needed. The prices are very steep but Raquel’s energy eased my mind great hire. All in all Great place Over priced.

Ashley was sweet, facility very neat and clean. I am very disappointed that the day after I closed our storage unit I receive a call to verify that everything was out of our storage and then to be charged another $99 for the next month that I will not be using it.
