Well if you want inaccurate website info like if an item is in stock and wrong delivery dates..well come on down to Conn. Nobody cons you like Conn’s ? badum-dish. Call Mon and get one date. Call on Tues, get another. Should you call back? Hmm idk let’s spin that wheel and check. Whomp whomp waaa sorry it’s out of stock now. Thanks for playing and good luck starting your appliance search from scratch..oh we almost forgot. Did you throw your old appliances out because you trusted Conn’s? Hahaha silly rabbit. It’s Conn’s remember. There is no product to send. Hahaha your fault. Thanks for playing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don’t be dumb like me. Unless of course you like laundromats and coolers for your food. Anyway good luck ?

After changing my delivery date FIVE times. We were told the product was coming today. We took off work. We got rid of our fridge. Do you think the product came today? Absolutely not. No product came. I can’t be clearer that Conn’s is mostly a scam. They are selling products they do not have and have no intention of delivering. You can call customer service. You’ll be transferred to very nice people on a different continent. It is not their fault that they work for an incompetent scamming company. They can not fix situations from across the Atlantic Ocean. There. Is. No. Product. I don’t care what you see on the website. Does it say it can be delivered in a week? That’s a lie. You’ll order. Think everything is fine. You'll confirm delivery and think you’re different. You’re not. There. Is. No. Product. I’m past the point of wishing you luck. ATP if you choose this company you must have money to spare and not need product. Please don’t “buy” from here.

ill never get another thing from conns … they messed up my credit .. i ordered 2 refrigerators from them … the delivery experience has been horrible when i say horrible that’s what i mean .. im very unsatisfied with them .. I don’t have an account with conns now and its on my credit showing that im past due on my bill and i owe them when i dont even have a card wit them .. i had to go another lender to get another refrigerator .. ive talked to a thousand different people and it seems like nobody is doing nothing .. I wouldn’t refer them to anybody .. this would have never happened with BADCOCK … GO TO BADCOCK THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS

I needed to replace a couple of appliances, though they didn’t carry Maytag, I did buy GE dryer and refrigerator…. Otherwise service was excellent and my salesman Nick is the best, staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason they received 4 stars is because they didn’t carry my favorite brand. I recommend shopping at this store, ask for Nick.

My experience was absolutely wonderful...my salesman (Nick W.) was absolutely awesome...he had exceptional product knowledge...offered great suggestions...and had much needed patience (with me...lol)...my entire experience... as a first time furniture buyer...overall...was amazing.

I had a problem with my items was listed to be sold as a package and I was charged each item individually because they didn't have one of the items left. I was very disappointed how they sold the items to me and then not having the particular item it wasn't my fault . But the sales person was professional.
