“My experience with the cashier and manager was great. Had I not encountered the rude lead or assistant manager, I would’ve given them 5 stars. The cashier was a woman, I don’t recall her name, she was extremely pleasant and super helpful! The manager, made a provision to assist me regardless of the error being my fault. The lead or assistant manager, instead of stating unfortunately we can not, his words were you need to ask him, pointed at the manager, if it was up to me it would be NO in such a rude tone! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!”
“The older gentleman working FedEx and the front area was very helpful as I had no clue what I was doing. My return label wasn't included in my original package and he helped me print a new one.”
“Steven was a great help in recovering my system. I would strongly complain about the online customer support. They did a tune up on my laptop and I was unable to access my laptop at all. Until I went into the store. I couldn't do the fingerprint scan or enter my pin after the so-called tune up!!!!!!!!!! I called back twice after the tune up and they hung up on me both times. Online support sucks!!!!!!”
