I haven't had any issues since I've been a valued customer with CHASE. But one issue that I really want to you guys to consider doing in the coming weeks or months, which is to start giving receipts of the transactions the customer (s) make via email of the customer (s). WE NEED TO SAVE AS MUCH PAPER AS WE POSSIBLY CAN. Polluting plastic bags and other waste materials into the ocean isn't good for them fish's, mammals, and etc. LETS SAVE THE ENVIORNMENT AND OUR EARTH! #ChangeIsPossible

Terrible service and they don't even have a bathroom for customers, even their waiting time is over an hour !!! Unbelievable!!!

Horrible customer service. This branch is not professional at all. I went in to open up a business account today, according to rep that was taking care of me I needed my passport, I did not have this with me being that I was told that I would only need my dl and another debit card. I asked the rep if I could come back and bring this back rep said yes you definitely can if it’s not going to take too long, because she could get fired for it. I literally only took 15min, mind you I’m pregnant and this is my third trip to chase. I get there and now they are telling me they can’t take me, after I had been told to come back. For this reason chase did not get my business, I opened an account at Regions instead where everyone was courteous, welcoming, and professional, and did not have me running around.

I have been going to Chase for my Roth IRA, my savings and checking. The staff at all of the Chase are helpful, kind, and patient.The one I go to has full service tellers, ATM's outside and inside; they also have drive up tellers.

Went to this branch 3 times, the line to the cashier is always long and one person working. The same cashier is the one taking people to the safe deposit box, while 5 other employees are walking around and sitting at their desks. Unacceptable!!

This chase is BEYOND SLOW. THIS IS INSANE. I got in line at 1:00pm with three cars in front in the business line and I am now leaving at 2:00pm. The other lines have being going somewhat fast. So now I've wasted my whole entire lunch break and am late to go back to work:) Thank you Chase. I appreciate it. GET IT TOGETHER.

Chase treats there business clients horribly with respect to their drive up services. I don't understand why you can't post updated hours under the circumstances.

Experience excellent service at Manhattan Chase Bank in Harvey. I went in with the intention of closing my accounts, after 35min with Ms Dunbar explaining my accounts to me , I was totally pleased. Great employee. Thanks Chase.

I want to think Kizia Simeon and her Supervisor Connie For The exemplary service and for Fitting me in between their existing customers and scheduled appointments after hearing That I had already been to the Marrero and the Chalmette branch and was unable to get Assistance in a timely fashion...That is until the Manhatten location stepped up and handled business!

Slow, always long lines, the management needs to utilize more employees for better customer service... and I can safely say that after going here for a year. Most people still don't use the auto machines for cash withdraw. But the people are friendly.

I got fantastic service from my private banker, Micheal M. He was thorough and cordial. I lost a family member the morning that I visited the branch to open my accounts and he made me comfortable and took time to allow me to gather myself and ensure that I got all the benefits that were available to me as a U.S. Veteran.
