Employees are horrible?♂️?walked around store for 15 min no one Ever asked if I needed anything stood at the counter for another 7 minutes. Waiting with over a $1000 of merchandise Picked out to purchase, but was passed up twice for new customers Had just come in to the store trying to pawn stuff. 5 Employees behind the counter standing around one and jewelry looking at jewelry and the rest just kind of walking and standing around. This was a Saturday at 2 o'clock.And they were not busy at all.No excuses, they're lost.I'm on my way to another pawnshop now!

ZERO STARS, went inside the store with a friend and the fat, black, lazy woman behind the counter turns off the lights while the customers were still looking around the store. The store still had about 25 minutes until closing time. That is definitely terrible customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I hate this place, the staff sucks. The attitudes run deep here. From all the black females to the white female manager. We used to shop here all the time, for over 20 years. We have slacked off almost to no visits. Why should we patronize this store. To ensure rude females, to be insulted as we spend our extremely hard earned money, or to look in the face of ignorant females as they act as if they own the place. They overprice items, they don't care about good customer service, if you ask me, they should be working somewhere where paying customers should not have to come in contact with them. They are killing this business. I know, me, my family, and friends, plus followers have been shopping there for a very long time. Fire those bad employees, hire better people who will not overprice items, especially broken items, make Cash America Pawn great again. I wish I could give zero stars with the place in such shambles. The parking lot reflects the employees you hire. Empty mostly all the time! Plus they try to give people nothing for their stuff, that is why they don't get anything good hardly anymore. Because of their predatory practice of trying to get over on customers, the shelves don't have much on them, and they have items that have been sitting for years. When you treat people right, that makes them buy stuff that has been sitting for a long time. Keep treating people the way they do, and the establishment will die and be buried with the same stuff on the shelves. They are so messed up at this location that they had to become a thrift store.?

No customer service. Rude. Wouldn’t even try to assist over the phone and when I went there they lowballed me on my pawn far below what even other pawn shops would do. Avoid 100%

Bad customer service. I called in and asked if they had an item Michelle said she wouldn’t help me with info. I asked if she was with a customer and she said no, she was just unwilling to check if they had any of the item I was asking about. I’ll go elsewhere then.

Love this place when it was a more diverse staff. But now with everything going on, you see people for what they are. They tend to stick with their own kind of race. They change up and leave u out to dry... and I'm a regular customer me and my boyfriend. We went to another location. Wont be going on 4th anymore
