Had a horrible experience with these guys almost 10 years ago, the couple tricked me into signing my truck over to them said it was the only way I could get my stuff out. Lol I didn't know better at the time, also I never got my plate off they kept it and I had to pay fines. There's a special place in hell for these folks. Also they work with Gretna police department, not surprised considering how shady they are. Avoid at all cost!

I have had to use carnival towing on a few different occasions. I have always ground them to be reliable, and responsive to my needs. More importantly they were very cost affective.

My car was towed when I got there to get my car somebody from the tow yard had been in my car . They left their charger in my car not only that somebody stole all my caps off my tires where u put air in your tires at . Such a shame

Rather than addressing the real issue with a driver attempting to run my family off the road then said driver following my family to dairy dip where he almost hit two vehicles all in an attempt to get out the truck to threaten me. All of this was documented with the sheriff’s office as well as the owners. They decide to deflect and try to find others to blame. Extremely unprofessional to have a driver doing all of this as well as speeding in a company tow truck. Would not recommend this company as it deems this kind of actions acceptable from the drivers whom are the “face of the company”. They honestly do not care about the public’s safety as they have had numerous reports about this driver. They do not care about the customers safety at all as well. The only thing the owners care about is money for their nice big houses.

This company finds it acceptable to employe a driver that tries to run people off the road. The driver Roger tried to hit my husband and I with his children in the car then proceeded to follow us to Dairy Dip in Belle Chasse. The driver then proceeded to get out of the company tow truck and threatened my husband as well as myself after almost hitting two other vehicles. This man then called me a "fat c!!!". A police report was filed. We have reported this to the company but no word on any action has been taken. Personally this is unacceptable and I would not want this man towing my vehicle nor would I trust this company with my vehicle. This company still proudly has this man driving their truck and refuses to address the situation.

Got my car towed today, there was a wreck in our way, but the driver was extremely professional and it got towed faster than I expected! The operator was also amazing and patient with me! 10/10 will use again!

Well the drivers and office workers are polite, however the problem with this company are the trucks. This is suppose to be the face of the business. Unfortunately the majority of the trucks they have that service customers are so run down and disgusting it makes me want to use another company. The logic behind this company is embarrassing. They would rather spend thousands of dollars fixing trucks rather than spending almost the same amount to upgrade the fleet. From a business perspective, that’s bad business. There’s a saying “you have to spend money to make money in business” that this company has seemed to have forgotten. But this is just from my perspective, because I would want my business to have a very nice appeal to the public and look good doing so.

Poor customer service from owner and manager. Yelled at me and had an attitude. My car was stolen and impounded there without my knowledge. When I finally got the paperwork telling me where it was I called in and got one price walked in to redeem my car and got another higher price within 12 hours difference.Drivers are nice and helpful but management is not.
