Brought the truck in as usual for its the works every 5k like i have for 10 years 2 days ago. It went up 25 dollars but okay is what it is. today the engine was running hot the heater not working and the fan that comes on when its hot out was running....its 35 degrees. I pull over and the fluid that i just payed 98 dollars for service for was not done. Radiator fluid bone dry. This has happened three times over the ten years, pay full price for half the service. I went to them and they tried to convince me i had a leak. I said okay lets put some fluid in it, crank it and look for the leak Together. They said no, they would have to keep it 2-3 days and its 75 a day for a rental. And 179 just to look at it. I said ring up a bottle of antifreeze. I topped it off, it took the whole bottle and jug of water and went for a 30 min ride. No more fan, heater works, and the level stayed at the required .these people have no integrity, scammers and since being bought out by a company in California they are all about the money not customer service or doing their job. I was loyal 10 years and was going to order a new one from them. No more. Do not go here.

They've had my car for almost a month "working" on recalls just to call and tell me they are still not finished because a part came in broken. I've spent over $300 A WEEK just in Lyfts to get back and forth to school with no actual pickup date. On top of that, they're getting more than $2000 from me for other repairs. The amount of problems I've had, I'll NEVER buy another Ford vehicle again.

Got vehicle repaired which they did a great job doing but gave me my car back dirty with dust or whatever that was all over the inside of my vehicle! Radio station was changed and car went in with a quarter tank of gas and got it back with the gas light on! Didn’t even wash the dust/sand off the outside of car and when I asked about it I was told they only provide that as a courtesy! So basically mess over your car while fixing your car and if they feel like cleaning the mess they made they might.

My car was damaged during the tornado in December. The car was brought in on the appt. date which was 02/03/23. Your company gave me updates during the time there. I was given a promised date of 03/06/23. While inspecting my car upon pickup I noticed parts that were noted on the paperwork was not done. The explanation was, “I don’t know why it wasn’t done, it’s on the paperwork!” I had to leave the car again and had to continue paying for a rental. After picking up for a second time, I noticed my gas needle was on “E”. I stopped, got gas and drove home. I sat in the car reading paperwork to see what was painted and came across mileage, I then noticed that my odometer read 1000 miles different from the “in” reading. I drove right back to the company and spoke to the same person on who released it to me. He said he didn’t see anything and that only the porter drove it. He said that he would have to look at the tape. Today is March 21st and I haven’t heard a word. Also, I feel that I should be compensated for that extra time for the car rental. I feel that this customer (me) should be made whole! I told them that my car’s color was right but the flakes weren’t in the paint. Also, my car was dirty! How was I supposed to do a proper inspection. I will never use Bohn Collision again!

This place is a 100% a scam. Purchased a car here and had it only two days before check engine light came on . Everyone here tells straight lies from finance , service , and sales department. They are all cold hearted and inconsiderate of the customer . They lies about being having car pre certified and checked out because the car still come with a lot of different problems once you purchase it . The sales me Rick is a lier and would say anything to get you to buy a car . Car has been in service almost 3 weeks and everytime it's a new excuse why it's not ready yet . Please stay away from here I would give them a negative rating if I could .

I purchased a brand new F250 in 2020 With 150,000 miles six-year warranty bumper-to-bumper. I was having some issues with the transmission and brought it to the dealer for repairs. Everything was covered under warranty and they said they were waiting on a part. This truck had 41,000 miles on it, was there for six months, and was never touched. They would not offer me a rental car and had no clue when my truck would be finished. After six months of waiting, my only option was to trade it into the dealership for a $40,000 loss and had to purchase a new truck. After getting the new truck, I drove past the dealer 2 weeks after purchase. I noticed my truck out front on the Lot FIXED and FOR SALE for $20,000.00 more than they gave me. I was scammed. This dealership has gone downhill. My family and I have purchased probably over 10 vehicles from Bohn. I'm just really upset that I had to get rid of a truck that was paid off. I didn't want to give up my truck but had no other options when this truck was my work truck and my source to provide my family an income. I promise I will never deal with Bohn Ford or any other Bohn dealer again. I will never stop telling people how terrible this company is now and how scandalous they are. Six months I've waited for repairs on my truck and was never completed until I gave up my vehicle. Matt Bowers is 100 times better with their service and honesty. Bohn Ford Please have everyone at your dealer stop contacting me unless you can buy this new 2022 truck back from me for the price I paid you for it and give me my 2020 truck back with 40k miles that could not be fixed due to parts on back order for the price I sold it to bohn for that is now fixed a week or so after you purchased it from me.

First off, the Sales Department at this dealership did an excellent job getting through the whole Bronco reservation/delivery debacle. They kept their pricing commitments and exceeded expectations. The Service and Parts Departments...just don't know what they're doing or worse, don't care. I ordered a replacement windshield for a new Bronco (okay, Phil, the Service Manager ordered the windshield) When I didn't hear anything from him for a couple of weeks, and he didn't return my calls, the woman at the parts desk dismissed my request to check if the glass had come in, right off the bat, with plenty of attitude. Once I finally confirmed the glass was in, and made the appointment for installation, I asked for the tires to be rotated, and requested they secure the driver's seat, which had become loose on the track. After a full day at the Service Dept, I picked the vehicle up, (no shuttle), and was told that I would have to book an appointment for them to diagnose the seat issue. Driving the next few days, I noticed the the windshield wipers were re-installed incorrectly and there was an incessant squeak coming from the back. Closer inspection revealed that the lug nuts for the spare tire were not even hand-tight. Glad that 35" Goodyear didn't launch itself out on I-10! I checked the lug nuts on the drive wheels, and seven were loose. I reported all this to Zach the service writer on Friday. No call back, so I tried calling again on Tues. Terry, the service writer who handled my work did not return my call, again. Phil Rehage- too busy to talk. Just for fun, it took two wrenches and about 10 minutes to tighten the loose seat bolt. The Anytime Glass, the company that actually installed the windshield, sent a tech to my house to correct the wiper issue. I know they're probably short-handed, like everyone these days, but I don't recommend entrusting Bohn Ford Service with your equipment or your safety.

Terrible "service". My check engine light went on, so I called the dealer. A week and a half wait for an appointment, OK, I figured I could deal when I had the code read by someone else and it didn't seem major. So, I show up for my appointment, talk to the guy for 30 seconds and he tells me if I want it fixed I have to leave the car for TWO WEEKS before they'll even look at it. Who can go two weeks without their car for what is a likely minor repair? Also, why wasn't I told this when I made the appointment? Turns out that the appointment was only for his "consultation" which didn't even involve looking at the car. My consolation was "well, the wait is 2 months at most other dealers right now." Give me a break, you should provide better customer service and tell me in advance that the appointment I made wasn't an actual appointment and make me miss work for you to give me a 30 second lecture.

I agreed to a OTD deal because I live approximately 1 hour 20 minutes away. I advised them that I was using mu own approved financing & that my credit union send me the check. I have to endorse the check, & provide it to the dealership. I arrive to the dealership later in the day and now (I won't mention names) I of the sales manager says he can't do the deal because he doesn't have the check. I asked to complete & sign the documents so I can provide them to my credit union and I would even provide a deposit for them to hold the vehicle for 2 days because by that time I will provide them the payment in full check by my credit union. The sales manager said NO & him and the sales manager made it obvious that what they wanted me to do was use their financing. I walked away & don't recommend them at all to any car buyer that wants to work with an ethical staff at any of the local dealerships. STAY AWAY
