Store manager should be absolutely appalled at the level of customer service we just received at 5:55pm. We politely asked if Autozone has a particular tool in stock. The gentleman restocking items told us “oh no you are suppose to ask the employees at the front desk”. Retraining is definitely essential.

I'm at the counter and in the middle of my transaction after a 25 min wait. You say, "Excuse me," pick up the phone, completely ignore me, instead of telling them to please hold and finnish up with me. I mean, come the #%%@ on bro!
I waited 6 minutes, which may not seem much, but try it. It's a very long time when all you are waiting for is to pay for what u have. And I think it would of been much longer if I had not started going off.
Empathy and understanding is too much to ask for these days. So just do yall jobs right or higher people that can!

Garbage, dont ask for parts. Just get oil, lube, filters, latex gloves, small things, and this place aint worth the wait time.

I had a battery installed and windshield wipers stopped working. The Autozone person took my windshield wipers off to install the battery. After wipers stopped working I went back to Autozone and was told they couldn't do anything about that. I'm very dissatisfied, I'm going to have to pay a mechanic to readjust wipers. Beware new shoppers! I do not recommended Autozone -Harvey Location

Awesome service. Mr. Richard was very knowledgeable about the front brakes and rotors I needed for my 2018, Hyundai Sonata. And the back break pads. He smiled and walked my items out and placed them in my car. This is what you call great service! Auto Zone you rock!
