“Both the batteries on my 2021 F250 diesel were toast. I called Jessica, the Service Advisor, in the Diesel Shop and she had me bring my truck in that same morning - I was expecting to have to make an appointment - and a few hours later I was back on the road.
It took a little longer than expected because Robert, the Technician/Mechanic noticed that one of the new batteries had a gouge in the side, so instead of just installing it (I likely wouldn't have noticed immediately) he was conscientious and diligent enough to get another battery. Vehicle issues never happen at a good time, but Jessica and Robert made it painless and were a pleasure to deal with. They a credit to the Ford of Harvey dealership! Thank you both!”

“Just picked up my baby. I am beyond happy and satisfied. First everytime I called and got update they answered and very nice. Gave me a date Sumo thought it'd b done and it was. I have decals on my car which he told me would have to be removed which broke my heart cause they are expensive. I was worried bout having to pay my 500 deductible and then 250 for another side decal. He called me and said they are dropping my deductible by 350 so I can just order another which I just did. They didn't have to do that so that shows they are not only great at what they do but nice people too. My baby looks brand new where she had her booboo. And when I got in my car they detailed it. Was dirty when I brought her but clean when I picked her up. So they saved me 3 times. Thank yall so much hopefully my baby won't get anymore injuries but if she does yall my go too.”

“I was having a issue with my G wagon and I stop by to see if they will be able to help me or give me directions to fix it myself. I was not a customer. I was just a walk in asking questions and they stopped everything that they were doing to come and take care of my issue.
The people at this shop is so nice and caring and inviting. it was such a breath of fresh air. To get help with my vehicle in the manner that I did.It renew my faith that there are still good people out here. My issue was taken care of and I was not charged.I am so grateful for their service”

“My husband was side swiped by a hit and run driver. When we reported to our office insurance company they gave us a list of auto repair places, we decided to go with Gerber on Lapalco. From the time we dropped off my car until we picked it up (earlier than predicted) they have been so courteous and professional. They texted me often on repair update, the work they did was fantastic, they matched the paint color to the original color. I say that because the staff seemed to take pride and ownership for the customer's experience with "logical triage and teamwork" to keep everyone happy and satisfied with smiles while keeping the lines moving. (An excellent experience that one might expect from a trusted small town privately owned mechanic shop where everyone knows each other). “I have gone for services at this Harvey location for 6 years. I always drop off my vehicle and they provide transportation to work. The staff has changed over the years and yet the service remains friendly and good. I feel like I am in good hands with the team and so is my vehicle. They service so many cars everyday and still have time to do a good job with mine. I don’t have any other shop to compare, but the prices are a bit high.
