He showed me a few options on the lot and told me if he didn't have the vehicle I wanted, he would find it for me! He was able to answer all the questions I had and was able to get me a great deal on the vehicle I was looking for as well as my trade. There was no pressure from him or the rest of the sales/finance team and they explained everything they were doing and all the paper work from beginning to end. As an older guy I am impressed with folks that do the right thing, not the easiest thing, but the right thing, and these folks stand behind their work. They took a real problem for me and turned it into a good experience. Jefferson Diesel has a shop full of stuff waiting to be repaired. I was broken down and they worked me into their schedule. These Cummins engines now run like they are brand new. Take a look at the other reviews and you'll see that we've all had the same positive experience.”
“I had to come here for a Honda paint repair. I live in the east and had gone to the Honda one my side of town and metairie and both of there body shops did not get back to me. I’m still waiting to hear from them actually… even though the work has already been completely . Anyways I went to the Honda on the West Bank and they sent me over to California Customs and they looked at my car same day and got me schedule for the work a week later. I got my car back in under 10 days and they kept me up to date all along the process. Everyone was so nice and the work was great!! I’m very satisfied and it was worth the trek across the bridge. They clearly care more about quality and service than the shops in the east and metairie.”

“Although it was over the last several months, the last few times there were pleasantly surprising. I say that because the staff seemed to take pride and ownership for the customer's experience with "logical triage and teamwork" to keep everyone happy and satisfied with smiles while keeping the lines moving. (An excellent experience that one might expect from a trusted small town privately owned mechanic shop where everyone knows each other). I wish I would have posted sooner to remember their names, but if it's the same crew, I'm sure you'll see for yourself.”
“If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Over the weekend I bought my first BRAND NEW car. Started on Friday, around 4. I was being picky (as I should) and my sales person was so nice, and very helpful! We finally came across my girl but before I could say yes I had to make sure my kids would fit. My salesperson was so understanding and nice when I had to call the kiddo dad to bring him and his other kids to test the car out to see if everyone would fit! They were paient, and so nice about it! Afterwards we looked at all my info, he was honest, he said he didn’t want to run my credit for a 30,000$ car because he wasn’t confident it would go through. That would add to my credit history, I agreed. I have a good credit but it’s not established or anything. So after going over everything we figured out that my girl was the one! Ran it for 18,000$ and it went right through. I needed a few moments to talk to my parents and such. (He was understanding and gave me time) by now it’s 9pm.) I then said yes! Everything went through, seen the finance guy, signed all the papers everything was done! Now it’s 930 pm. I didn’t get to do the insurance yet so I’m the morning I dropped in gave them the insurance info, they filled her up and gave her a nice washing. Then keys were in my hand! They were able to get my interest rate down from 29% to 18%! Which is amazing considering my situation! I will have to say. I love this place!! All my buisness will be given to them from a now on . Thank you to David my sales man, I believe it was Tom who helped me finish everything on Saturday morning, the finance guy who gladly answered all my questions and joked around to help my anxiety, and thank you to the manager David! Y’all are amazing!!”
