He showed me a few options on the lot and told me if he didn't have the vehicle I wanted, he would find it for me! “Just picked up my baby. I am beyond happy and satisfied. First everytime I called and got update they answered and very nice. Gave me a date Sumo thought it'd b done and it was. I have decals on my car which he told me would have to be removed which broke my heart cause they are expensive. I was worried bout having to pay my 500 deductible and then 250 for another side decal. He called me and said they are dropping my deductible by 350 so I can just order another which I just did. They didn't have to do that so that shows they are not only great at what they do but nice people too. My baby looks brand new where she had her booboo. And when I got in my car they detailed it. Was dirty when I brought her but clean when I picked her up. So they saved me 3 times. Thank yall so much hopefully my baby won't get anymore injuries but if she does yall my go too.”

As an older guy I am impressed with folks that do the right thing, not the easiest thing, but the right thing, and these folks stand behind their work. They took a real problem for me and turned it into a good experience. Jefferson Diesel has a shop full of stuff waiting to be repaired. I was broken down and they worked me into their schedule. These Cummins engines now run like they are brand new. Take a look at the other reviews and you'll see that we've all had the same positive experience.”

I say that because the staff seemed to take pride and ownership for the customer's experience with "logical triage and teamwork" to keep everyone happy and satisfied with smiles while keeping the lines moving. (An excellent experience that one might expect from a trusted small town privately owned mechanic shop where everyone knows each other). I wish I would have posted sooner to remember their names, but if it's the same crew, I'm sure you'll see for yourself.”

He bent over backwards to resolve minor issues and stayed past closing to make sure I could drive it home the same day. I've had it for a few days now, and I love the truck. “If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Over the weekend I bought my first BRAND NEW car. Started on Friday, around 4. I was being picky (as I should) and my sales person was so nice, and very helpful! We finally came across my girl but before I could say yes I had to make sure my kids would fit. My salesperson was so understanding and nice when I had to call the kiddo dad to bring him and his other kids to test the car out to see if everyone would fit! They were paient, and so nice about it! Afterwards we looked at all my info, he was honest, he said he didn’t want to run my credit for a 30,000$ car because he wasn’t confident it would go through. That would add to my credit history, I agreed. I have a good credit but it’s not established or anything. So after going over everything we figured out that my girl was the one! Ran it for 18,000$ and it went right through. I needed a few moments to talk to my parents and such. (He was understanding and gave me time) by now it’s 9pm.) I then said yes! Everything went through, seen the finance guy, signed all the papers everything was done! Now it’s 930 pm. I didn’t get to do the insurance yet so I’m the morning I dropped in gave them the insurance info, they filled her up and gave her a nice washing. Then keys were in my hand! They were able to get my interest rate down from 29% to 18%! Which is amazing considering my situation! I will have to say. I love this place!! All my buisness will be given to them from a now on . Thank you to David my sales man, I believe it was Tom who helped me finish everything on Saturday morning, the finance guy who gladly answered all my questions and joked around to help my anxiety, and thank you to the manager David! Y’all are amazing!!”
