“I love this Home Depot. If you're wanting expert opinions about a project you're working on or even tools in the store, tbh you're likely looking in the wrong place. But the staff here has been phenomenal! I grew up in the East and recently moved back, so with all the projects I've taken on at home, I've been coming here so often that it has felt like I've lived here part time. When I come in, I am often greeted at the door by security or staff and the people are super nice and helpful! Tam on the paint center, Henry in the lumber section, and especially Adrian (he seems to be everywhere and know everything). Adrian in particular and the other staff have been so kind to my young children when we've come in the store, even my kids like going to HD and remember the workers! The store is always well stocked, too. I'm glad this HD is in NOE and while lots of businesses are leaving and unsustainable amidst the rising crime and declining NOE economy, I hope this store is here to stay.”
“Young lady with the awesome braids at the customer service center fixed my paint problem and then jumped over to paint desk and helped like 6 people at one time. Y'all better hang on to this person. She's a problem solver and great attitude. I think her apron had a J name on it. Wish I had gotten it.”

“Just left the store on westbank expressway, I was greeted by Ms Anita she was the best, she helped me & my wife pick out a upright freezer i thought we were just looking but Ms Anita & my wife just laughed so guess what because she was so helpful we bought, and I am on the management team at rooms to go so I know she was genuine thanks Ms Anita”
“We just moved to the area and needed a variety of miscellaneous items today to complete small projects. I do not know her last name but Jessica helped me about 5 times with various needs from making keys to telling me where Command Strips were. I don’t think I’ve ever received such non-bothered help in The Home Depot. She was warm and friendly but with a kickass sense of humor which I appreciated while doing the most mundane tasks. “Very nice selection of furniture. Sweet ladies work the floor.Edit 5/8/2024 Ms. Sherrell on the floor is a sweetheart. She greeted us straight through the door and assisted us with all our questions. She made the shopping experience very pleasant and wasn't overbearing. The ladies were so nice on my first visit (I was not shopping the first visit, I was paying my friends invoice) i went back and got a living room set for myself. “Every aspect of the experience was positive! The sales rep gave me a great price and had my washer & dryer delivered the next day. The delivery/installation crew was knowledgeable, polite and very respectful of my home; no nicks to doorways and were patient as I cleaned the area after removal of the old equipment. I called Comeaux and they did not install gas dryers, but the Barto's guys did, and with safety in mind. The only negative was that the boxes & packing from the new appliances could not be hauled off with the old washer & dryer. So I will have to call my local disposal service to send out a truck for large items. But that is only a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barto Appliance.”

“So i bought a washing machine from here, and the thing ended up being defective. I called and they came on my next day off to check it out- I couldn't believe it but they actually took the broken machine back and brought me a different, working machine! I was really worried after reading the negative reviews on here but these guys have been in business since 1999, so honestly a couple of bad reviews probably doesn't represent their hundreds (or more) of satisfied customers. I'm just so grateful they brought me a working machine. Mistakes happen, but it takes character to fix them. Thanks guys!”

“Delivered here at 8 am. A little tight to get into but the crew was all super nice and seemed like they took had their coffee this morning. They got straight to work getting me unloaded! Thanks guys great experience. Their really isn't overnight parking but a gentleman pulled up last night and said that normally the trucks park either in the lot in front of the docks or on the side of the street on what looked to me to be a perfectly placed and sized parking spot completely off the street.”
