This repair shop is a hidden gem.Honest and quality workmanship - WITH ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL. I am new to NOLA - and was searching for a shop to repair the exhaust mufflers on my baby- a 2011 Roush performance internal test Mustang.This garage isn’t flashy - and that’s good. I got a fair price and Judy and crew replaced with Roush gear that I provided. Judy personally inspects all work while it’s being done - and she knows her stuff! They all do.A-1 will be the shop for repairs that I can not do personally. Don’t have a picture from when it was on the hoist but I do have a photo of my Stang. Thanks y’all

Allow me to start by saying I knew absolutely nothing about vehicles and I knew the bare minimum about my own, after being taken advantage of at a local dealership (NO LUBE whatsoever!) the universe literally lead me to A1. I was dead set on not seeking further assistance with my car troubles across the river as I live on the east bank, but boy am I sure glad that I did! Ms J was not only reassuring and patient with me but she was so down to earth and even educated me on some do’s and don’t s when getting my car serviced. The service was fast and worth every penny, which was beyond reasonable. Not only did they replace my exhaust system but they also did some corrections to the work the dealership did but neglected to complete. Often times I feel lost and uncomfortable at a repair shop, which shows and leaves room for being taken advantage of. NOT AT A1!!! Absolutely hands down THEE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I will definitely be back in the future and I 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Call me Ms Jay today!You will not regret it!!!!!Service: Exhaust

My experience started with a phone call,Jay answered the call, she was polite and knowledgeable of what I wanted to do to my exhaust on my Rapid blue SS Camaro. Jay told me to call before I came over and I did. When I arrived my Camaro immediately went onto the lift and the gentleman working their began cutting off my current exhaust and installed my Stainless works redline axle back exhaust. They were done in an hour and I drove off with the classic muscle car sound ? that I had in mind. My experience at this shop was A1!!! And I would recommend anyone to bring their car to A1 exhaust for the best experience of professional installation that they can get in the New Orleans Eastland and Westbank area ?. Best auto shop for any exhaust work. Super welcoming and professional. You can see all the work being done and it’s quick. You don’t have to leave your car there for hours because they get straight to it! Everyone was extremely nice best experience I’ve had! My car was taken care of and so was i.
