Nice store, but they refuse to answer the phone. I'd love to have the owner's reaction if he/she ever attempted to contact the store with the number listed for the public to use. I have called no less than 15 times in the last 30 minutes and have yet to speak to a person.

The new manager has zero customer service skills and uses " sorry thats our policy" as an excuse. I Had to drive to the next town to the other family dollar and they got me taken care of! Other than that all the other employees are very nice and aim to please with a SMILE ???? ... I will definitely try to avoid this one as much as I can.

The perfect addition to the village of Harrisonburg, our parish seat. The staff is wonderful and always smiling and engaging with the locals, as well as the people traveling through. Everything is organized and clean each time I have ever visited.

It's close to my house and they have just about everything I need. Only go to the big town when I have to get clothes are to the doctor.

This is the best family dollar I've been too. They have the best staff that will help you with anything. If they dont have it they will try to get it for you.
