Took 2 months to get my cpap. Dr sent prescription Oct. 16. Hadn'treceived as of Nov. 27. Started calling Nov 27, main phone number was sent to different location. They said I couldn't call the distributer, they would send an email with request. This same routine happened many, many more times with no answer or call back. Dec 4 Hope called said would send out and would receive in 3-5 days. Dec. 11, I received a call from a different person saying looks like it wasn't sent out. She asked me if I wanted to come in to pick it up which I did. Later on I was told I could dial 0 when calling the same number to speak to the local office.

this is by the worst unprofessional business i have seen. they are not making sure that patients have the correct equipment that's compatiable with their conditions. refuses to get whats needed for the patients . doesn't stand bt their word at all. one employee even went so far as to tell me that since they didn't have the correct equipment that my loved one needs then maybe they should just stay in the hospital. this company needs to shut down, hey are not open to help the needs of the customer by any chance.

I am writing this review to complain about the services they offer I have been waiting on a wound vac, for a week now to be delivered to the hospital so the patient can be released, and was told that it was on the way, it has been on the way here for a week now, still have not received the wound VAC, also the administrator, the social worker and supervisor of the hospital call Rotech and was not given any satisfying answers to where the wound vac, would arrive or where it is, and the doctors call and was told not to call the company again. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any company , it is embarrassing for a company to say that they are there for their patience for them to have a comfortable way of life at home, when you do not supply the patient with what they need in order to go home. Shame on you. Pat W

I finally got away from Rotech after many years, mostly due to billing problems. I ordered the same supplies every 6 weeks and every other invoice I was billed at a different price. They could not get the insurance information or discounts correct. Numerous invoices were changed months after I made a payment. I even had invoices that were changed over a year later. I attempted to address this problem many times to no avail. I found another source for supplies much cheaper and no billing issues.

I have a deviated septum that causes me not to take in a lot of O2 while lying down and it was beginning to cause other health related issues, so my ENT prescribed an APAP/CPAP. So, there's a shortage of these machines nationwide, except if you order directly from the manufacturer, which I did but canceled it because I found a small business locally who had them, Taylor Home Health. During the insurance approval process, Taylor Home Health was being bought out by this company, Rotech. They are based out of Orlando, FL and apparently moving into other markets. Their staff; however, here in Louisiana (not surprising) is woefully incompetent and ended up getting my machine scheduled for a pick-up/taken away because of compliance issues due to their negligence. They had no masks that fitted me and told me that all masks were on backorder, so I was just given anything. Well if the mask doesn't fit, it's to no benefit for me. The first one was too small and the other didn't fit properly, so I just ended up using my husband's mask. This was a two week debacle. I get a phone call this morning informing me that I'm scheduled for a pick up because of non compliance. Let me caution you, do not use this company for anything CPAP related. I'm not sure if it's a Louisiana issue, like with other issues I've had here with low functioning people but we're talking about my quality of life and these people just dropped the ball. Now they're telling me that I have to go through the process all over again. Rest assured, it won't be with them.

My dad has been dead several weeks. Keep getting bills for the bed. He was in hospice bed before he died. Need bed picked up. Keep getting told they are coming to get it. Was told flat tire but never a call saying they were not going to come. They said this week, and guess what no call no show once again. Next week it's a holiday so they are not coming again. But yet the bill statement keeps coming saying we owe them money. They need to be billed for housing thier equipment.poor customer service.
