AWESOME!! From the day I walked in the store to request an Estimator ( Paul Blackmon) until the floors were installed . I am so very pleased with the customer services from the Harahan Store . When there was a mistake made on my order , the store personnel called me to make the correction . I purchased more supplies than I needed , the refunds were effortlessly. I can't say enough about this store . I will definitely purchase more flooring and use the installation services. KUDOS to the staff at LL Flooring in Harahan, LA. Thank you for being professional and demonstrating great customer service.

I shopped around for new flooring and was hesitant because it was a large amount of material I needed. Reluctantly came to LL Flooring. I met Ms. Ayesha Lafrance at LL and she was great! She was knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant. I placed the order and received it just as she said. Good product too! Glad I decided to buy here.
