Got my brows waxed and she was very understanding of the Chemo pills I’m on. She used a sensitive wax and it didn’t burn like normal. I will keep going to see her. I would love to know the name of the girl that did them??

Gel polish came off within a couple of days. When I returned for a polish change, LA Nails representative told me that since it’s been almost a week (5 days), they weren’t going to redo my expensive gel manicure.

I just went there this morning horrible service. I got nails put on by them and got one refill 2 weeks ago I come in again today for another refill and get told they can’t do the refill because whoever put the nails on didn’t put enough glue …. I’m like that doesn’t even make sense! If it’s you guys error then why should I have to pay to get them taken off which is an inconvenience for me and my time when I’m spending money at your high priced nail shop. I don’t advise anyone to spend money with this place!! THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Do not go!!. This place is very RACIST DO NOT GO THERE!!

Called ahead for a friend to ask if a mani and pedi could be done at the same time, was told yes; called back to make the appointment for her and was assured that the mani and pedi could be done at the same time. She arrived for the appointment and was told "they don't do that". Don't know which employee was lying, but it's horrible customer service either way.

Normally I have always had my gel soaked off. This salon tech used a drill to remove it. He then soaked my nails in cold water. My new gel manicure looks lumpy and started chipping within four days. Overall it was not the pleasant, relaxing afternoon I had planned. I have to say this is not my normal nail salon, but I had been there in the past and was happy. Not this time ! Now I am out of town for the holidays with chipped nails and out more money to have them redone. I wish I could tell you his name, check he didn't even push my cubicles back. Needless to say, I won't be back !!

Staff was very polite, no wait time and it didn’t take long to get my pedicure. I’m giving the 3 stars because after one day the gel polish started to wear off. The polish changed colors and by me having a white set it’s very noticeable. I’ve used gel polish for a long time but never have it worn off the day after. First time going but unfortunately it’ll be my last. A waste of $55.Service: Pedicure
