I do not know her last name but Jessica helped me about 5 times with various needs from making keys to telling me where Command Strips were. I don’t think I’ve ever received such non-bothered help in The Home Depot. She was warm and friendly but with a kickass sense of humor which I appreciated while doing the most mundane tasks. Thank you!”

“The employees I have encountered here have taken customer service to the next level. Very friendly and if you're looking for something most will stop what they're doing and actually take you to the location of your inquiry not just point and leave you to your own devices. They have a self checkout system but there are people there to assist you. They will actually cheerfully assist or check you out if you need help.”
