“This is probably my favorite Walmart in the New Orleans,West Bank area .Great grocery section.The employees kept the school supply area stocked and orderly,thru the back to school buying time.Good assortment of housewares.Store is clean.Employees for the most part are nice and helpful.
I want to shoutout the bakery for a cake I recently ordered online.The cake I ordered and the cake Email confirmation were not the same.I caught it after ordering the cake.and contacted the number the website provided .There was a website glitch on Walmarts end.They refunded my money .They also sent me a $10 voucher for my troubles.I reordered a different cake and it came to $8.00.I of course I was a little leary hoping, that there was no further glitches.The cake was totally on point.It was really fresh , delicious and beautiful.The top decor was actually a Yoda bobble head in a frame that you could hang on the wall.The inscription was perfect It was done on time and the whole experience turned out to be very good one.I would recommend this bakery for anyone needing a festive cake.”

“The parking lot was full, so I was expecting inside to be jam packed. Well, to be fair, there were a lot of people inside, but you could easily move through the aisles. The restroom was actually very clean! Everything was well stocked and reasonably priced. The lines to check out were actually not bad! Amazing. Maybe this was all just a fluke, but impressive.”

“Never had an issue with employees, have had issues with the computers going down though. But that is not on the store or the employees, so I dont understand the 1 star rating. I've been going to this walmart money center for 11 years. I think mostly it's the customers having a bad day and taking it out on the business.”

“I had to return a prepaid cell phone, I had a few hiccups but Ms Dewana in customer service was polite thru the whole thing even tho It was frustrating. She kept a smile on her face and got to the bottom of it. One of the BEST walmart employees I've ever felt with. Thank you!”
