awful customer service in service to ask a question. Will never go back how rude they was to me. Went to Lamarque in Kenner and the simple issue was fixed in 1 minute. Will never go to those people again in Harahan.

Although Trent was so nice, I spent $3,000 trying to get this one noise fixed in my car 3+ visits. Every time they promised me the noise was gone, and every time I had to bring it back and they'd charge me more to fix it. I finally drove the car back up to DC where I moved to and went to the local dealership and they fixed the noise for less than $200. I never write reviews but this place caused me to download Yelp and write one. Do not go here for maintenance.

I truly recommend Trent when you visit this location. He is very kind and professional. If you have any concerns with your service or any questions he will definitely listen and help you. Stay clear from Timothy Aucoin and Mike Picou (I don't Mike is there anymore) but they are very rude and unprofessional! Ask for Trent he is amazing and truly cares!

Do not bother buying a vehicle with a warranty. The dealership will book you and hold your car hostage until they can get to it (at least a week). This horrible approach to "service" will force anyone who doesn't own extra cars to look for another option for warranty work.

Found a car on Carfax. Called to inquire at 9:30 am. and speak to sales manager. Yes it's here and available. What time do you want to come so we may have it out front waiting for you to test drive? Great, I'll be there Between 1-2pm I said. I'm an hour away. Text when you are on your way they said so we can have it ready. I texted at 1:15. Sounds good they replied. I arrive at 2pm. Car not out front. Sales manager hands me off to salesman. Salesman went to get car. Car not there. Car apparently got a little scratch on it and was taken to body shop (at some point in the past) and the sales manager has no clue that this happened. We are sorry they said, we'll let you know when it comes in - will be just a few days. I'm off on Thursday again next week. They email and text several times over the next few days trying to keep my interest and get me to come in on Tuesday, earlier than I had planned, to make sure no one else buys the car first. We will take a photo when it gets back they said and send it to you. I hear nothing. No car return. Car disappears from Carfax AND their own website. I call to inquire about that and person answering the phone has no clue about the car I'm asking about. Sales person emails to see if I have any questions. I respond that my question is where is the car and when will it be brought back? Salesman has no idea and no idea why it's not on the website any more. Car still not there 8 days later. This is the most disorganized chaotic unprofessional place I wouldn't trust them enough to buy a bottle of water from them. Unbelievable.

If it were possible i would give this place -4 stars. Consumer beware unfair pricing at outrageous prices and problem still unresolved. Worst experience i have ever been through with a ford auto parts & service department. I brought in my car because 2 service lights came on one day & and this was the closest shop to my home. I was charged thousands of dollars for parts and labor, and honestly I don't believe my parts were even replaced. I had to call the service department several times for updates. after a 10 day repair my service lights came back on (after only having it back 6 days) so i brought it back in (since these expensive parts are under a 2yr unlimited mile warranty) only to be informed it was a battery after furnishing a battery i got my car back had it literally 1 day and service light came back on. I'm not sure if they were guessing or just trying to take advantage of a female customer. But on the 3rd visit i received a call from the service manager ron and was told that it would be 1300 more for more parts not including labor. At this point i felt as though i was being taken advantage of and requested to just pick up my vehicle and get another opinion. The service manager even had the nerve to say that he could not discuss the matter further after he heard my dad in the background outraged saying that i should get a lawyer. I asked for a detailed quote when i came to pick up my vehicle of this needed repair. instead the service manager gave me a paper detailing the code that appeared and what the next form of action should be. Also said light will reappear if not addressed. After this horrible experience, a family friend (employee of another ford dealer) said they took me for a ride and were definitely tryna squeeze me for an unneeded repair. After looking under the hood said parts did not appear new only pump which is probably why service light keeps reappearing. I LITERALLY cried after hearing this news it really hurts when you go to a service department pay what is required only to still have the same issue. I feel taken advantage of and will be reporting this establishment for unfair business practices. Also was never furnished with a copy of my warranty.

I saw a truck I wanted online and talked to the sales team to ensure price and aviablity before my 2 hours 1 way drive. I took off of work a couple of hours early to make sure I could get there well before close as to not hold up the store. When I got there I they had the truck ready for me to test drive and it was great. I said i'd like to buy it and and that I had a pre-approved loan/check for the amount at which the truck was advertised. I told them I'd be happy to use there lender if they could match or give me a better rate. They filled out all the paper work and gave it to me to sign but when I went over the numbers they had raised the price of the truck by over $4,000 since that morning when I had talked to the sales team and had raised it online too. I asked why the truck now cost more and they tried to say that they didn't raise the price and that was always the price. I should them my screen shots and they got real quiet. Then said oh we just got this truck in from where we bought it and once it got here we had to do some work on it so that raised the price. The truck had been listed on their website for 3 weeks so this was a lie. I would not trust anyone at this dealership as after leaving i looked up reviews and this is common practice for them. So a waste of my PTO at work and waste of 5 hours on a week night. Don't go here expecting to pay what they advertise.

Was looking to purchase a vehicle from them and called ahead of time to confirm the vehicle was on the lot and to schedule a test drive. Arrived at the scheduled time two hours later only for them to tell me they had sold the car two days ago despite my earlier confirmation its availability and still being listed on the site. Tried to hard sell me several other vehicles that were not comparable to the one I was there for. They also do not let you take the vehicle off lot for a PPI insisting that they do all of that on site. Would not recommend, shop elsewhere.

The salesmen and managers felt compelled to mansplain how car sales work multiple times, whilst pulling all of the classic sleazy gimmicks, all to avoid coming down a whopping $300 on the price of a $17,000 car. It was pitiful. Besides one salesman, an older gentleman that was very kind, customer service along with the whole experience sucked. I bought an identical car at a nearby dealership for $2000 less 30 minutes after I left :)

They are strong in some areas, while weak in others. I had a lot of help from one of their salesman, he was amazing, stayed late for us one day and was very helpful. But after that encounter - it was hell. No communication between the staff. I was getting different answers from different people. The process was a nightmare and they ended up selling the car, while in mid process, and giving me more empty promises afterwards and mixed answers afterwards. It was awful. Update: even after they sold the car, they keep on calling and sending emails asking if I have any questions about it. Do you even know what's on your own lot?

Crescent worked with me to get a good trade in price and also gave me a very good price on a new truck. I would highly recommend Huong. He works hard for his customers!
