My patio cover was installed in May 2023 and within 3 months it was leaking. They tried to resolve the issue once but within a month, it leaked again. So when Mr CJ came out to my house to look at the problem himself, I thought for sure the issue would be resolved. He said he would send his crew back out again to fix the issue but no one has come back out or even called to schedule this work. That was months ago. I paid $6400 for my patio cover that I can't sit under because it leaks all over my patio and furniture. The leak has gotten worse and obviously will never be fixed. Do not hire this company.
To respond to your reply, none of what you said is true. I had work done on a completely different area of my roof that has nothing to do with this leak. This leak is happening where your patio cover attaches to my house. Nowhere near my flat roof, which is where work was done. I have video proof that this patio has leaked after 3 months of install. The second time you came out, you were going to send your crew back out to fix the issue and they never came back out. Why should the customer continue to call and get you to fix what you should have done in the first place?

I am IN LOVE. CJ Created the perfect screened in porch with aluminum materials on my existing wooden porch. It looks amazing my cats love it so much! On top of that he attached a patio that is my new hang out spot while my husband grills. I will def be calling back for carport one day!

Patio up now about 3 years. No problem with the last hurricane. Materials are very heavy duty. I was able to stand on the top and replace the sliding on my home. Well worth the money. Thanks CJ for taking care of me.Service: Patio construction

CJ and his team have been gems throughout this process. I had an old wooden patio that had a demo deadline and CJ was able to make time to help me out with this before I had a violation slapped on me. He came back later and installed the prettiest patio cover my house has probably ever seen; It's spacious, breathable and bright. I would recommend them to everybody.

I have a 12'x24' bare cement patio in my backyard that I wanted covered with a good quality, heavy-duty metal patio cover. I priced and met with several companies and ended up going with CJ Delery. My grandparents had metal patio covers installed by Delery decades ago that still look great. They were not the cheapest, but their quality feels superior. The sales rep came with samples so I could see and feel what I was getting (the other places had only printed brochures, if that). It took 2 men a single day to install the custom-made cover. I love how it looks and have received several complements already.My only gripe is I had to wait 4 months from down payment to install - their work queue is so backed up!Service: Installation

***************** Enterprises installed a patio cover for me on 1/6/23. The workers show up on time, we discuss the scope of the work and they done a pretty good job of installing the cover. They even clean up well. The next day we got some rain, so I went to check the cover for leaks. I had a couple of minor leaks. The cover has a 20-year limited warranty on labor, materials and leaks. So, I contacted ***************** Enterprises office, I explained the issue, sent the videos of the leaks and was told they put me on the service list by the office worker. A week went by, I havent heard anything, so I emailed ***************** Enterprises and asked what the status of the repairs was. The next day *** called me and left me a message. I called him back and we discussed the issue. He told me they would come out and take care of it. After the phone call I felt that if he came out for the repairs it would be a very long time. I repaired the 2 issues the next day. Today is 4/12/23 and I haven't heard a word or seen someone from ***************** Enterprises. Im glad the issues I had were very minor and not a major one. So, I guess the 20 warranty doesnt mean much.************
