“I had an excellent experience with my sales person Butch Blakely. From start to finish he made every step enjoyable. I ordered my new suburban so it was exactly what I wanted and Butch took me through the whole process. He and Leson's personnel were friendly and eager to make me feel comfortable with the process. Kris entered the order, Butch kept me informed and updated on the progress. Ronnie gave me an excellent trade in on my 2015 suburban. When my new suburban arrived Butch called with the good news. The make ready department did a great job preparing it for pick-up. Butch greeted me when I arrived, explained how to use every feature . “Wow! What a great experience! I passed it several times in the past and it was already very busy. Uh uh, I said to Gawd, no way I'm gettin in Dat tunnel I'm to scade, uh huh, I said scade take dat! As I rolled in there was a young man named Jared J, working on his washed car, infact he was doing this for a great friend who needed his help. I told him how scared I was to go into the wash tunnel. He said no worry, I'll walk you in., ( The POPE had just finished talking about the Young People" and they should be looking out for the Seniors/Elderly) uh huh, Gawd was right there. Jared gave me to another another of Gawd's angel named Chelsie M. She was not only beautiful, but knowledgeable. Chelsie answered every question, even the one about T'Rex, and was he coming out of the tunnel acting foolish. Chelsie told me to take my foot off the brakes and the neutral button and the steering wheel. Chelsie said it's going to be alright , ah sade whaaaaat "dis "will be like a runaway train, huh?. Jared and Chelsie looked at me , my eyes were as big as the headlights. Uhhuh dats right. Guys and gals I was ready to do another round. The staff was great for scardee cats. The premises was beautiful, inside the tunnel one was able to see the operations as the car is mumbling , this is cool, yeah I'll be back. There's enough pull in booths to do your touch ups if necessary. There's enough equipment to accommodate all the cars that pulled in the said spot. There's a club to join, that I find to be a great offer. There was one other staffer that I didn't get his name, I will add it right after I get this review in. Chelsie must be telling him to tie down T'Rex, no I'm just kiddin y'all. My car got more compliments than a movie star. It diverse , friendly, through, easy enough parking if you're just dropping by. Easy exiting and entrance . It's at 2900 Gentilly Blvd, accross from Dillard University, U-NO! 504-887-6256. This is Nat U ly Naw'lins y'all. “I love this place. Not only is the car wash an excellent value but they always seem to have great employees working here. The older fellow working the entrance saved me from probably having a blowout on the interstate the other day. I was just about to hit the road pulling a trailer and had stopped to get the car washed first and he pointed out a bubble on one of the tires on my car. I had to get it replaced before my road trip. I was very grateful that he pointed it out to me. Otherwise I might've been stuck on the side of the road with a trailer somewhere in the middle of nowhere.”

“Great car wash but there are idiots everywhere. There a sign to be mindful of the line. This guy spent 20 minutes minimum with Noone in the wash but he had to spray cleaner on his tires and basically wash the truck at the soap tub. Literally 20 minutes. IDIOT”

“Been coming to this place for years. Beat car care products by far. Mostly for auto detail shops but I'm a just a small private car collector. On the flip side of this pay more for a gallon sz but last forever opposed to buying a 10 or 16 oz sz spray bottle over and over again. Spend more and pay less in the long run. Products far superior then brands found at auto zone or Wally World. People are knowledgeable and informative also pleasing.”
“Brandon took really good care of me and my c8. Made special arrangements so I could drop off and pick up my car at hours the shop was normally closed for. And he also was able to get my wife’s SUV tinted with extremely short notice. I definitely would drive another 1.5hrs for him to service my car.”
