“I had some issues come up when opening my checking accounts & am in the process of trying to resolve it. Regardless of how that ends, Zachary the branch manager has been so kind & patient with me, so I had to write a review. I had contacted customer service & was told they couldn’t help me, but Zach made my concerns feel heard & is working to resolve the issue. I truly feel valued as a customer & hope the issue works in our favor so we can continue banking with this team. I’ve never had such a positive experience with banking personnel. Thank you Zach! “I needed to open a new checking and savings account. I looked online and seen they made appointments for new customers. I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up a little early and the Asst. Manager Jake helped me immediately. As we set up the accounts Jake noticed my ID was expired. The ladies working behind the counters and Jake waited late till I returned with a new ID. I was not rushed out the door. It took another 30 minutes til we finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Elmwood location of Regions Bank.”
