By far the worst AutoZone I’ve been to. I did an online order. When I arrived I was not greeted. 2 men sitting just talking not working . 2 other workers were working. There were 2 ppl ahead of me after the older black man finished up with them he was just standing at his computer and the other man he had just helped was off to the side so I walked up and said I have a pickup order he then told me ok I have to finish up with him so I’m okay cool but he has just helped this young man . So I waited and he got back with me. Sent somebody else to fetch my order and at this point I’ve been here for 20 minutes . So the man who was supposed to be getting my order is literally stocking up. So I’m like excuse me is he getting my order all I have is an oil filter and oil! The young man had done stopped doing my order and went back to doing a completely different task. This was the worse experience. Do not recommend!

I had to return the oil that I purchased because it was wrong. Everyone there were so friendly. This Auto Zone has people who are friendly. The one on Veterans past Bonnabel not so nice.

I was sent to that store to pick up a part I was told was there, drove about 15 minutes from my house just for it not to be there and they ordered it through the hub. They told me to come back at 9 AM the next day to pick it up. Already inconvenienced, because my car isn’t working I had to borrow my sisters, I show up and the part is not there, and they tell me to come back at 1 PM. I decided to call to make sure the part arrived so I don’t waste my time and my sisters time. I called about 11 times, and was put on hold 3 times for over 10-12 minutes each. What are the times the employees hung up on me as soon as he answered after I complained, and he played it off as it was a mistake. They then told me, the part hasn’t come in yet come back at 4 or 5 o’clock. I understand it’s not their fault that FedEx is doing a lousy job, but that’s no excuse for the rudeness and the negligence of your customers time. AutoZone has lost its quality the past couple of years, if I wasn’t in such a rush to fix my car, I would’ve never stepped into that store again. If incompetence is an Olympic sport, they would take home gold every time.

Went in to have my battery checked. Joseph helped me. He checked it for me, told me it was reading as bad and installed a new one. I was in / out in 15 minutes. I went to the Auto Zone in Westwego yesterday and the guy checked my battery for me and told me it was good, passed all the tests. My battery kept losing charge, so I think the Westwego battery reader may be faulty. Anyway, pleased with the customer service at the Clearview store.

Major wait to have someone come check us out. No one in the store to help customers. Phone just ringing off the hook while we were there. No wonder there was few cars in the parking lot.

They need help over there all the employees are children and don’t know anything at all. They have an experience young man that was leaving for the day he was not on the clock and waiting on his ride. He seems to know more than the others and had a lot of knowledge but he was off,he needs to be in charge because he definitely knows how to relate to the customers. The only reason I gave 1 star because I wouldn’t have been able to tell my truth.

i just went the and theres a lady there working that doent know how to do her job, i asked for some sparkplugs and she wanted to give me the sparkplugs she thought were good me knowing what im buying told her they were the wrong ones and she hot all mad and said well go look for them in another store if you want. with an attitude and she was on her phone, what happened to the real people that knew what you were talking about when you wanted to get something? needs better service there
