This was my first time officially furniture shopping. It’s even more of an amazing experience because I was picking out furniture with my spouse. Ashley Store has really modern, sturdy furniture selections that we really liked. It had comfort, style, and convenience all in one. More importantly, the people at Ashley store are wonderful. Everyone on the team was very helpful and caring. Tony(Anthony) first greeted us and constantly checked on my husband and I. He made the experience more hospitable and inviting. I cannot express how lucky the store is to have Tony on their team. He’s a true gem. Thank you Tony for all of your help and for being so kind to us! We will be back! -Kendall and José

The purchase of the furniture was smooth and easy. However the fulfillment center is another question. While completing the purchese we set a specific date with a note to deliver before noon. However, two days later we recrived a text, with a name other than mine (which caused concern of delivery to wrong address) AND the delivery date was changed. The only opportunity to ask questions was not available, our interaction was with an automated phone system. My problems required interaction with a human. I had to get the salesman to get involved. That shouldn’t be the case.

Woo Awesome job, my husband and I went in Ashley for few items, was treated with a smile and hands on service. Even was able to laugh a lil with other Customers. We purchased Love seat with Rocker chair and counter top table.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Place was busy for that Labor Day Sale and Red tag Specials.

So far so good. Purchased a Carynhurst TV stand for $40 over the Ashley site price. The Ashley site was out of stock. Misty De Loach did a wonderful job obtaining a price I was comfortable with. Can't wait for the delivery.

Misty at Ashley-Harahan was a pleasure to work with. Although I knew what I wanted, she still took her time to answer all of my questions. During the entire experience, I felt as if I was talking to a friend and not just a “sales associate”. This was my first time purchasing with this company and I will definitely be back.

Tony was fantastic! Great salesman but gave me space to look and see what I liked. I ended up going home to re-measure before coming back to make the purchase and was not hassled to stay to make the purchase before re-measuring. Really great experience and my sofa set will come in 2 weeks!
