Bought a poster from these guys and the quality was sub-par.
Customer service was lack-lustre as well.
Overall it was a disappointing shopping experience.

Affiliated with "PrintXchg," an outfit that purports to match-up buyers and sellers of jazz fest posters from previous years. Appeared to work well a year or two ago. Presently, really bad "service": "forgot" to send a check for the sale of a poster, then deleted entire account when asked for help to delete just two posters from portfolio. Company appears to be run by a bunch of slouches. Do not recommend.

Do not order online. There is a good chance you will never get your stuff, and will go through months of calling & emailing only to end up with a credit to your account if you are lucky.Garments can't be tried on at the Jazz Fest. They are wired to the wall so the best you can do is estimate the fit. After purchasing, the small would only fit a child. It has been a nightmare - they tell you to ship it back for the exchange. A couple of months later after emails and phone calls that go nowhere, they tell you that they do not have any more of the fabric & won't get it in. Heaven knows if I will receive a refund. Certainly not for the trouble you have to go to.Art4Now is making reams of money & the customer has lost a lot of time trying to deal with them for nothing. Not worth it.

I received my beautiful poster as promised but they told me that I would have to sign for it. Fed Ex left my package outside the front and did not ring doorbell. I was at home waiting for the package and the FedEx driver forged my signature. I made a complaint to FedEx and when I tried to contact Art4now to report FedEx they did not response to my email or answer when I called several times. The website stated that they are open 24 hrs, but they have never answered the phone Happy with product but not the customer service.

OMG the customer service is fantastic! The poster & clothes for 2022 were very nice. I know they get thousands of orders & it takes time to fill them all. But, considering that, I think the delivery of my items wasvery reasonable. Great products & worth the wait!

It took a little bit to get my poster, but I think they said it will take a while to ship them all after the festival, and that is understandable when you have a sell out year. I get a poster every year and I love my 2022 poster! Great experience with them every time! Thanks Art4Now!

I don’t see why people are complaining about them not answering the phones, I always get a call/email back. I got my poster in today! It’s BEAUTIFUL! I’m surprised I got it this fast since they get so many orders in such a small amount of time! Thanks guys!

Do not order from this company. If you buy it at the Jazz Fest, you are only slightly better off. There was no way to actually try on the garment when it is wired to a wall. Returns are a mess; ordering online is a mess. Art4Now is raking in millions while we haggle with emails and unreturned phone calls. Only to find out 6 weeks later we won't be getting the stuff. They are selling so much product that they don't give a hoot what you've been through & to them it is no loss. I only wish we had known this before.

The business name is quite humorous considering i ordered a shirt online during Jazz Fest at the suggestion of one of their on-site representatives. 3 weeks later I follow up because I only have a paid receipt and email confirmation my order a SHIRT has been received. I emailed the "customer service" department inquiring about when I should expect my purchase. What follows is what came of that. (Friday funny here.... Art---5 -- NOW? I don't think so.... Maybe Art for the unforeseen unpredictable future. With the motto we may or may not let you know when that is. . Don't count on it Me- hello I'm reaching out to define out when I can expect delivery of goods that I placed an order for at jazz test three weeks ago. Mindy- Hi Richella, During Jazz Fest, we paused order fulfillment while we were working at the fairgrounds. We have resumed processing and have your order in our system. With the backlog of preorders for the 2022 poster, it will take some time for us to get to your order. Rest assured, we are working to get your order fulfilled as soon as possible. There is absolutely no way I could or would tell my customers I don't know when I will ship their goods after they have paid me in good faith, especially not telling them other unrelated items ordered in advance are my priority. I mean I know this is "The Big Easy" but ..... you wouldn't want to pay, wait around and not be told when to expect your delivery unless/until you reached out. This is poor customer service, and frankly, unacceptable. The major portion of the pandemic passed. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a reasonable TIMELY delivery time frame, therefore, I would like an estimate of when you plan to fulfill my order. I may explore the option of canceling and purchasing something else somewhere else. I ordered a poster that was damaged in transit. Although no one returned my phone message I sent an email and my experience has been good. I did send repeat emails and it all turned out fine. I received my beautiful replacement poster today. So I guess I’d suggest being persistent, polite, and patient. That’s not me usually, but these days places are often short staffed. I’m trying to follow my own advice and it turned out great! Thanks M at Art4Now!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They dont answer phone calls or emails. The jazz and heritage foundation should find a supplier that treats their customers better.

My dad bought a poster from them and it fell off the wall and broke and damaged his floor. The hanger system they used was pathetic given the weight of the frame. No response from the seller. We will work with NOJF folks to ensure these people are dropped. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a 2020 Jazz Fest poster over a month ago. Still no poster and ZERO response to my two email inquiries into the status of my order. Communication would be nice. Your phone message says posters are sent out right away. This has not been my experience. I've tried calling and your phone system does not allow messages to be left. After a few seconds when I thought I was leaving a message, the system will say invalid entry. I tried it several times from two different phones.
