After many years of banking I am beginning the process of moving most of my company’s account. Between the banks hours and other issues I feel the Whitney does not care about small businesses. At our new bank our cash reserve in savings now earn 30 times what they were at Whitney.

I’m pulling my money out of every account we have with Hancock!!! How can the working class realistically make it to the bank for 4:00? I leave work early today to drive on 2 wheels to make it to Hancock on Morrison. I pull up to the drive thru exactly at 4:00. I push for a teller as my clock hits 4:01 and she very bluntly says we close at 4:00. I’ll take a day off of work at this point just to close my accounts and open elsewhere!!

This bank has THE WORSE ever!!The ladies at the window, GEEZSH! IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU DO.. FIND ANOTHER JOB?Everything here is a fight.E V E R Y T I M E!All my years of being wit Hancock, it makes me want to just close the acct everytime. It's exhausting being a member.

Just got off the phone with Robin. She is by far the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in a professional setting. She basically yelled at me on the phone because I called multiple times to check on the status of a request and was upset that I got in contact with the other branch after I was told to by someone there and given the phone number. I will never do business with this bank again.

One of a very few if any banks that don't charge to cash their checks if you do not have an account with them.

I've banked at Hancock before it was Hancock Whitney. There were things that changed when Whitney came on board that I didnt like, but for the most part it's a good bank.
