Potholes so big I thought we were gonna flip our RV. And you need a special travel card to pay at the pump.

The bad I was going to write a review yesterday after visiting a TA but figured it wasn't worth my time I just wouldn't come back. But now today after coming to a petro (same company) They charged me the Most expensive reserved parking I have ever encountered. 20$ for reserved spot! You would think the parking lots were made out of marble. Meanwhile, they look like they paved this parking lot back in 1812 overly worn down. With more holes then the holiest person you know and don't even get me started on the shower fees they like to make sure they charge an extra dollar then loves and pilot like if it's the Ritz Carlton. Park here at your own risk hopefully you don't blow a tire while looking for one. They Don't even deserve the one star it mandates me to put. P.s No WiFi no app for easy access no nothing to even check your points. More then 3 quarters of the parking lot is reserved parking spots so good luck finding a free spots. Petro and TA are the same The good They give you a water bottle! The employees have a good sense of humor while they laugh at your expenses saying they know. I hope they get paid well at least. Another good Pilot is across the street so you can get cheaper showers there, should say cheaper everything there! More

It's bad enough that there is limited parking for big trucks already and with all this mess going on now it says 90 of your parking spots are reserved. And to top that off my husband was told tonight its $20 to park. That's crazy. We left. As much money as truckers spend in your stores it's a shame they have to pay to park.

Horrible location! City put in round-a-bouts at the exit ramps which makes it a nightmare for trucks or RVs to even get to the location. Once you do manage the round-a-bouts then the parking lot is more pot holes than pavement. I thought we were going to break something driving through there. The entire lot has RESERVED written in very faint letters on every parking spot! The lot was almost completely full and with those RESERVED letters written in, we were afraid to even attempt an overnight.

We stop at many different varieties of gas stations/convenience stores on our travels: you have to get gas and sometimes a snack is necessary between meals. It's always pleasant to find a nice, clean store with clean bathrooms. It's sad that more places don't take enough pride in their business to make it attractive to customers. We did not eat in the restaurant here but we would stop here again on future road trips.

I drive a small straight truck and I didn't find any truck parking so I parked in the RV lot near the entrance. I was awoken by the security guard and told that I was considered an "18 Wheeler" and couldn't park there. I had to leave or be towed away. I'll never stop here again. This Petro is the worst in the country.

This chain was my choice when I was a professional driver. I really like that they always have a large selection of trucker items. They have all the electronic gadgets and goods that make traveling easy. This store is no different. The store is well kept and stocked. The restrooms were clean which is a huge plus. I hate going on those other chains where the restrooms shouldn't be inhabited. The other plus for the Metro is the Iron Skillet.

Don't go their service shop! Their manager doesn't know how to respect their customers, and The mechanic are not helpful and professional at all. They can't find my truck's problem. I spent half an hour labor fee only for their five minutes checking on my truck, and told me go to a dealer. And the funny thing, they charge you sales tax on the labor fee.

Gross buffet, order off menu. Fried chicken tough as nails, cold everything else. Not to mention you have to play around the turn around and in a big truck it's not easy.NEVER stopping here again.

Now that I've paid to park in one of their MANY reserved spots I am going to go across the street to Pilot to buy food and anything else because screw this place. Hopefully they'll see this as an unintended consequence.

Stopped specifically for their new E20 xtra caffeine coffee. Didn't have any, didn't know where it was, how to find it or how to make it. The cashier gave me the coffee I ended up with on the house because she felt bad.

YUCK... Now for the bad news. They have App. 40 truck parking spaces that are resevered! For $15.00 a night you can park there. The owners are letting the place become rundown . The fence has been backed into so many time ,it should be replaced. Grass at the fuel dump, needs to be cut. In a few places it was over 2' tall! The truck parking lot need work, small holes, uneven in places. Now for the shop, even for trucks,is not stocked for simple saftey items. Lights, and mirrors.. Had to wait 20 hours to get a spot mirror, from the Freightliner dealer. At a Cost of 504.00....BEWARE of this place, getting close to being a ripoff!!!
