Pharmacy is woefully understaffed. It’s an ordeal to pick up a prescription every single time. It’s absurd that they don’t hire more staff.

We called to place a refill order and spoke to the pharmacist who answered and verified my info.. she said it will be ready in a hour and half we then arrive and the pharmacist at the window verifies our info and said there is no prescription for refill. Exactly why I would not use Walgreens or even this location for prescriptions

Had the worst experience with the lady that worked Sunday November 12, 2023 at night. she was the rudest pharmacist I have ever spoken to in my life. she should lose her damn job.
