1. Equipment failure leading to them just not receiving a prescription2. Did not have the 60 pills they said they did, then blamed their own call screening service for inaccuracy3. Refused to accept a coupon4. Called in at 1:00 to confirm they had a medication which wasn’t there at 2:005. Just another pharmacy you’d have to battle every month.Still better than CVS.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called this morning (7 hours ago) to get my meds filled. Sat on hold for an hour.called later in the day and Sat on hold for 51 more minutes with no answer. Drove to the pharmacy and was told that it could be another hour and a half to two hours before they will be ready. Piss poor, unconcerned lazy workers with bad attitudes. I only met one nice person there. Thank God for her. Customer service at this place is dead! Walgreens you should absolutely be ashamed!!!

Buyers beware if the girls that ask you if you want your receipt. They keep receipts and leave big ticket items out of bag so it can be returned by others and they get your cash. Happened twice at this location. Need to check your bags and get your receipts. I hate the thiefs they always think the getting over on people. I sure hope walgreens prosecutes you when you are caught.

Tonight I was at this location shopping for a few items when someone come into the store bleeding from his shoulder down hollering for help 911. The guy said he had been mugged and needed help. The employees working kicked everyone in the store out and told us to leave, get out! I told the worker I wasn’t comfortable going out the store not knowing what happened and if I was next and she didn’t care. She told us again we have to get out!! Everyone out. She also told another employee to lock the door after getting us out. I got into my car and locked the door and called my husband frantically crying. My car wouldn’t start. Within a few minutes after walking out a few cop cars showed up. I will NEVER shop here again and will be calling cooperate tomorrow. My safety was compromised and I never should have been forced outside with an active shooter and without cops being there!! I didn’t know what to expect or if I was next!!!!!!!

Worst customer service at pharmacy ever!!!!all employees act like they hate their jobs and it shows! Wait times are horrible. My doctor took me off a medication and told the rude and uncaring lady at drive up and she said she would take care of it. In next 3 days they kept callling and texting to get me to pick up. I tried calling to once again get it handled and after 30 minutes on hold I gave up. Went on the app and cancelled prescription stayed pending for a week while calls kept coming. This a prime example of how not to conduct business! Oh and Ponchatoula store is even worse!!!!

just broke both bones in my leg and had to have surgery. when I dropped the prescription off they said they closed at 12 and they didn't know if they had time...I told the lady I had to have it if they couldn't guarantee it I would go somewhere else. she assured me it would be filled...got backed 1145, the time they said it would be ready, had 2 cars in front of me. i waited. when it was my turn they closed the window and said they were closed. so I got out, hobbled into the store on my crutches and the manager said they were closed that couldn't fill it...fine but I need my meds so give me the rx so I can go somewhere else. he refused and shoved me...I will be speaking to a lawyer asap.

Never had any issues with this location other than a few non professional cashiers in the past. Pharmacist on staff is always wonderful! **Just a notice for some customers** Walgreens does not call you for out of stock anything!!! It’s your responsibility to check on your stuff. FYI if you are just coming out from under a rock from the past year, Covid has also made it really difficult for alot of medicine to stay in stock let alone be available. Alot of medicine isn’t made in the US. If its a medical emergency call ahead to see if they have it!

I like and trust walgreens because of the way they handle my medications , and for the safe way they administer any vaccinations I may need at that time. They are very professional and are happy to answer any questions you may have as far as your meds are concerned. Even help you with health questions. If they aren't sure about your question, they will advise you where to get the answer. Usually will suggest that you speak with your physician. I like my doctor but I get all my shots involving flu and virusesat walgreens. Have been doing this for many years. I go to Walgreens for all prescriptions and my over the counter medicines. At times I go there just to get some advice on a situation when I am not feeling well. Give walgreens a try, I'm sure you will be satisfied. Doesn't make a difference which store you visit. You will get the same professional care at them all. And no, I don't work there and I don't own stock in the company. Just giving you who read this my opinion of walgreens. Look, I get that Norco is a controlled substance. TRUST ME I do not take it lightly. However, if it’s prescribed to me I expect to be able to fill that prescription; I have had pain pills literally twice in 35 years and right now I am in an immense amount of pain from an infected tooth!!
