Needed help with getting online access with phone logs. Previous visit employee printed what they could. Teenager phones were setup on a Crazy subaccount that was inaccessible. So this time I asked to have account changed to be able access Teenagers phone account. This store setup this up originally but weren't authorized to change it. The store employee has to call the Verizon billing support. Oh my that was ridiculous. 2 hours to change it. In the meantime I asked to have phone logs printed and since the policy is not to let you view phone logs in real time a pic had to be taken of last couple days. This was a family emergency and an urgent matter but the branch manager totally disregarded me and walked off as he denied I could get a snapshot of log. Never been treated with such disrespect. Everything you do takes forever as you wait to be so graciously helped. Branch manager sends his manager tode-escalate??? Sorry but us humans all have needs and when something is urgently needed there should be some compassion and professionalism displayed. He can hate all he wants but he needed to display a customer oriented attitude. He belongs in an office and not in public.

I got rid of Verizon years ago when I went in to purchase a tablet and as I was standing in line waiting to pay for my tablet the sales lady walked up and handed me a stylus pen. So I assumed since it was the same color as the cover that I purchased for my tablet that it went with the tablet. Well unbeknownst to me when I got my first bill that was an extra $40 charge on it for stylus pen. So I called the store and explain to them that I didn't ask for this pin and I thought it went with the tablet being she just handed it to me and didn't say anything about it. I also let them know that I can buy a stylus pen at the dollar store for a damn dollar and that I wanted my money back to which they replied, no refund! Verizon sucks so bad!

Customer service is non-existent at this location. Just purchased a new iPhone 14 plus, all my information did not transfer from my old phone so the online chat person recommended going to my local store and see if they could help. I walk in the store and I’m the only customer in the store… there was one lady leaning against the counter and another lady and two men just standing listening to my conversation as I explain what I needed help with.The lady never moved from leaning on the counter to explain to me that yes she could do what i needed but it would cost $29.99. I asked was there anyway to waive the charge since I have been a loyal customer since 2005. They would rather lose an 18 year loyal customer than waive a $30.00 fee. This will be my last week to be a Verizon customer.Update to owners reply: You can not get any more of a vanilla answer to my review. After reading some of the other reviews you can tell they just pick from a que change the name and hit send.I will visit Verizon again but it will not be in Hammond. I suggest you try any other Verizon store. I went to the one in Amite and was greeted asI walk in the door. Informed them what my problem was and the lady asked for my phone and transferred all my information and when she was bone all I got was a thank you for coming in. I tip her a $20 for treating me like a person.

This was my third time visiting this Verizon store. Once was for myself, once for my husband and once with a friend. Each time was very pleasant. Employees were also very knowledgeable and took care of the reason for the visits quickly. I will definitely be using this particular store (by Hammond Square Mall) for all our cell phone needs..Love my Verizon!

Representative was extremely rude and did not look like she wanted to help us at all. She served another customer while we were trying to discuss options with her. Once she found out we were adding a line and buying a phone that was free and online only she completely shut down any sprinkling of interest at that point. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere other than at work and it was extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable.This is the first time I have had such a negative experience with a Verizon representative. I will be using a different location next time for anything I need relating to my cell phones.By contrast, the guy that signed us in was extremely friendly and helpful.

The saleswoman we're rude and pushy and the salesman refused to help me bc he said he was leaving but didn't leave until everyone else did. The overall experience was awful and time consuming.

Absolutely horrible service! I went online and made an appointment for the closest date they had available. I typically don’t get off until after 5:00 so I made an appointment for 6. I later saw they close at 6 but I was like why would it offer that if they close at 6, they must take their last appointments at that time. I tried to call and never could reach anyone. So I went at my scheduled time, the door was locked. I could see the people inside just standing around instead of asking me what I needed and I would have told them I had an appointment. One of the girls even did her hand across her neck like “closed” well obviously. But why take appointment times when you’re “closed”?! Then they wouldn’t even come to the door to let the other people out until I was in my car. And I know because they obviously don’t think people can see in there and they were all looking at the door. Ridiculous service. I will drive 45 minutes away to another store before I deal with them and their non customer service attitudes!
