“First time dealing with ross downing was around 1980 I think, purchased many vehicles from them since and now on my 5th lease from them since I retired and don't drive as much anymore.always a pretty much painless process where I bring my current vehicle in,pick out a new one, tell them the monthly payment I can afford and let them do their thing.the last one had really low mileage so they credited some equity that I didn't know I was eligible for to help get my payments where I needed to be.The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because that would mean they're perfect and everyone, including myself has room for improvement.only Jesus gets five stars from me.anyway, I'll be back this coming December God willing and do it all over again and will refer anyone to Rudy and the gang at Ross downing for any vehicle needs they have,new or used I'm sure they will accommodate them, just give them a chance.”
