“I highly recommend this dealership. The personnel were very polite, professional, and friendly. They fixed the issue I had with my GMC Terrain in a timely and efficient manner. They even offered to loan me a car while mine was in their shop. The personnel and managers (service, general, and owner) at Rainbow Northshore GMC didn’t provide me with any solutions, even though the car was under warranty and leased there. They didn't acknowledge my last email. Very disappointed. It will be a pleasure to do business with Ross Downing GMC Hammond. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, you should visit this facility.
