“Prevost’s was recommended to me by a friend at church. They took my son’s truck in fast and diagnosed it the same day. It needed a transmission rebuild. They were upfront with the cost and had him back on the road in just a few days. I had to swap trucks with my son about a month later and noticed it had a small exhaust leak (Normal sometimes with this type of job). I ask my son why he didn’t say anything about the noise and he said he thought it was normal because the transmission was rebuilt, typical 16-17 yr old answer. I called Prevost and explained what the issue was and why such a delay in bringing it to their attention. They said no problem. We scheduled it in and they fixed it same day.
