I ordered a Mexican Pizza with extra beans and beef with no tomato sour cream it was not covered with cheese on top no extra beef or beans it had the tomatoes under it it was cut messy and fixed sloppy they need to train them workers how the food should be fixed right this is ridiculous if it was they food not being fixed right they would cut up about there order so be very mindful presentation of fixing food is everything to customers on how it is presented and how it looks so when it is fixed right it brings customers back to the place because the food looked good and tasted good learn the quality of food and learn how it is presented its everything zero stars needs improvement and I love taco bellParking: Taco bell on s.w. railroad ave hammond la

The worst experience ever . I ordered my food thru the app and got charged but they never received my order and said they couldn’t refund my money or make my order. So I went ahead and contacted the app to get refunded ( hopefully I get it back ). I reordered my food on the app again and they get my order and messed it up 3 times and the girl at the front window had a horrible attitude, all of our food was made messy and fell all over my clothes so I complained nicely about my the god bring made messy and the girl rolled her eyes, she also didn’t let us know they were out of lettuce and tomato’s . The worst customer service ever. Oh and Bret still didn’t get the order right. Also all the food was just thrown in the bag. Definitely not professional and she should definitely not work at y’all’s store.

My recent experience today (8/24) at this establishment left much to be desired. Anticipating a quick lunch, I was met with disappointment as I found myself waiting for my meal for a staggering 20 minutes. It was evident that the location was grappling with being understaffed and poorly managed, a fact further underscored by their prioritization of drive-thru orders over in-store mobile pick-up, a choice that left me regretting my decision to order via the app.To add to my frustration, the staff's focus seemed solely fixated on serving drive-thru patrons. While they acknowledged the delay and offered apologies, their actions contradicted their words. Rather than rectifying the situation, my wait was prolonged to accommodate more drive-thru orders. Remarkably, even after an approximate 22-minute wait, no further apologies were extended.Regrettably, this experience highlights the establishment's lack of effective management. If you're comfortable with subpar service and disorganization, this location might be suitable.

The place is always clean, and the food is always freshly made, it’s just the fact that it seems like no one is ever there. I’ve had to walk out twice because not a person was in sight
