Extremely great service and understanding staff. Shai K was exceptionally helpful, and also everyone else we dealt with. I went to get a 5G Home Internet for my mother. They set everything up and it has worked flawlessly so far.

They have a dynamic duo at the Thomas location in Hammond. Chris and Sai are the best representation of customer service I have come across in years. They made sure all the special offers were activated and spent extra time with me. I will forever be grateful for Chris helping me save my mom’s voice mails since she recently passed away.Gina

Needed to get 2 upgrades and a new line...went in and first of all let me say this...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT!!! The team working there was very knowledgeable, thorough, and quite comical too. We ran into a slight problem (nothing to do with them) and they told me how to get it figured out and i walk out with everything I needed and wanted. Not only were they awesome, but patient as well (we were in there for a couple hours). 10/10 recommend the store on w. Thomas Street in Hammond!

Shai and Amelia did great helping me out today with my trip to Italy. I also got the chance to upgrade my plan and use Apple TV and Netflix!! This is awesome because I love to travel a lot and take planes and I gotta have my movies. Also goodbye to that home Antenna. They were FANTASTIC.

I went to Tmobile on Thomas St in Hammond for questions about their internet service. I got a great deal on the internet service. The employees there were very knowledgeable and friendly. I wound up changing my phone company to T-mobile and bought the Samsung galaxy S23 ultra. I got promotions and rebates which basically paid for the phone. My 2 Iines was 10.00 less and I got more for my money. I'm loving my 5G wireless internet and phone from T-mobile. I would recommend T-mobile to my friends and family.

The staff here were patient, knowledgeable and did whatever it took to make our transition from another server go without a hitch. They took the time to listen to our needs and offer the services that matched. They are very professional.

THANK YOU for helping when the other location in Hammond wouldn't. While my husband was busy getting an upgrade, another employee took it upon themselves to help me connect my watch to my phone. This is a fantastic location with knowledgeable and eager to help employees.

I was referred here from the SW Railroad location in Hammond after being told they had no IPhone 14 Pro Max’s in stock when I wanted to upgrade.Shortly after my arrival, I was told that the SW Railroad location did have 5 sellable on hand and just refused to help me.The manager and associates there were top notch and definitely made this a pleasant experience. 100% would go back for anything mobile related.Appreciate all the help y’all!
