I went in for a Beard trim, was assured she knew what she was doing. 5 mins later walked out looking worse than I did when I arrived. Even left a 20.00 tip because I wasn’t able too see for bad lighting what she had done.

I took my son here for his very first cut. We had the best experience we could have asked for. Ms. Dana was our barber , and she was phenomenal! She did so great with my 1 year old. She was kind, understanding , she knew exactly what I was looking for in a cut for him. She saved his curls for me as well, which was very important for us. I will definitely be going back to Ms. Dana.

Was a 64 minute wait for my son to get just a trim and it took them forever the girl would start to cut then walk away and laugh with other stylists. No where to sit and for 19 dollars for a trim and she really didn't even trim his hair she didn't take anything off. Will not go back I don't care if they giving away haircuts.

So, to "check in" is to register and get in line. When it says 3 stylists have 0 wait time and you check in and walk in less than 5 minutes later and they are all 30+ minutes, your system is the issue.It's not a "Reservation" but if it also isn't a true "check in" until you get inside then why even waste the time to fill it out online when I can get there 5 minutes faster and do it at the store on the kiosk?About to lose a customer if I go try to get me hair cut again during a 0 wait time and walk in to a +30 minute wait.No excuses for bad communication and no reservations.You are basically saying you only cater to people who don't manage their time well and can afford to wait unknown amounts of time.PS: I'm also a guy that tips as much as my cut cost. The people who are willing to pay the most usually value their time the most.Get it together and communicate with your franchise. They can do better______________________________Check in is d*** when they move people in front of you.Reservation is the goal and y'all aren't very good at that

It was the only place open on Sunday. Had a great haircut, friendly staff. Highly suggest making an online appointment like I did as there was a 1.5 hour wait.I'll be back for my next cut!

This is our 2nd time using Sports Clips on my 2year olds hair. I wasn't there the first time but when my son came home with Dad he looked so precious. Sunday I went in with my son and I was so happy to get Ms. Dana in Hammond Square. She was Soooo patient and caring with both me and my 2 year old. She made every accomadation we needed. It was sweet that after his hair cut he wanted her to hold him. My boy isn't like that with everyone...lol. My son was pretty good however me and Dana both broke a little sweat...Lol! Thank you Ms. Dana for the Wonderful experience. He looks so handsome. Sophia and Jase

This place is a joke. You sit there for 25 mins and instead of ppl cutting hair they are all sitting in the break room doing absolutely nothing while one person is cutting. There was 6 ppl waiting. Won’t ever go back!
