To long of a wait time to drop off wifi equipment for 5 employees to be standing around doing noting. UPS faster if you got to drop off equipment. 0 stars if I could.

Store employee was very rude. She wasn’t wearing her name tag so I don’t know what her name was, light skin black lady, bottom heavy. Only two employees working in the store and there were 17 people signed in. Didn't even wish me a nice day at the end of my pointless visit. And I say pointless because I didn’t get anything accomplished with this lady. Poor service. A/c was out, hardly any workers. Just horrible.

I went to have 2 phones switched and Anthony helped me take care of this. He was just as a previous review said very courteous and knowledgeable. It only took him 10 or less and nothing was lost. Highly recommend going here any need with Spectrum. My visit was on 4-27-24. Thanks Anthony very pleased customer.

The representatives are very rude you have to watch they try to put extra stuff on your bill to make your bill higher. I talk to 6 representatives. Only the two last people gave me the right information took me off a Program without my knowledge, they are very unprofessional and need more training if you can just get another Internet company these guys are out for money warning you guys . And they do not care about the customers at all

We were there for 4 long hours. Spectrum needs to hire or train employees on how to transfer information from phone to phone. Regardless if switching from and Iphone to an android. Spectrum should know this and
Any company that sells cell phones should know this. were told we couldn't have both phones transferred to the upgrade. One would have to come back another day. I was NOT happy. We both work and I don't want to spend what little time I have at Spectrum. BUT ANTHONY saved the day!!!!!. I wished we had him to begin
with. He is extremely great at his job. Anyone going to Spectrums in Hammon do yourself a Hugh favor and ask for ANTHONY. He will get the job done. Great Job ANTHONY!!!!

I hate that I have to select one star, because Spectrum does not deserve it. Sadly, I have been a Spectrum customer for 8 years and not by choice and their service has been the absolute worst. Spectrum claims to provide the most reliable services and this is the furthest from being true. Please stop lying to your customers and actually do something about the horrible services your company provides. We pay $112 per month (not including taxes and other fees Spectrum adds) for service that does not stay connected a full day...this is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore, when technicians are sent to our home, they spew out the same lies we have been hearing for 8 years (two different residences)...we tested the connection and there is an issue with your wiring, we rewired everything and you should have a more reliable connection, or we believe the problem is with the devices that are connected; you should upgrade your devices. Seriously Spectrum, we have the latest electronics throughout our home. Additionally, I have a home-based business and the majority of my equipment needs a reliable internet connection to operate properly....not with this unreliable service. Spectrum, your service (lack of) is causing my business to lose money and causing me unnecessary stress. How are you still in business?

The internet constantly goes out. Not happy with Spectrum. The cost of cable is nuts. ( you almost need another job just to pay for cable and the internet) The only nice thing is the mobile phone monthly charge is the cheapest.
