If your looking for a place to get a suit or tux, this is the place! Miss Sandy was just wonderful, working with my fiancé and father to get them suits for our wedding in April. There was a good variety to choose from, and she helped walk us through the whole process which is great since I'm fairly clueless about the nuances of getting a suit...She kept us up to date on suit arrivals and the prices are reasonable. I cannot thank you enough Miss Sandy for helping my two favorite men look their best for the wedding!

The owner of Southern Elm is very unprofessional and I would never recommend doing busy with her nor will I ever do busy with her again. When my husband and I went to pick up his and my son’s suit for a wedding they are in we found out that she ordered my husband more than what he said he wanted/ needed. He owns a plain white button up so why would he need to rent one. He has a gray vest that would match so why would he need to rent one. She was informed of this not once but twice on two separate days. The day we went to pick everything up we noticed she ordered the vest and white button up. We voiced that we told her two separate times that we didn’t need that and she never voiced before this day that it would be a problem. When we told her we didn’t need that and that we already explained to her that she caught the biggest attitude possible and explaining that’s not how it works. If that’s not how it works then why were we told it would be no problem. Then she went on to say we never told her what he didn’t need. So she not only basically called my husband a liar but myself a liar right to our face because yes he told you and so did I about what he needed and didn’t. I could tell she wasn’t going to fix her mistake so I told her to see if it fits so I can leave. Then she went on to tell me that she couldn’t fit my son correctly, correct me if I’m wrong but that is the only part you have to do since you just order the formal wear but it’s okay I’ll make it work because judging by her poor costumer service she wasn’t going to do anything about it or she would try and tell me I’m lying about something. In the end I could care less that we had to pay a little more for items we already have. What I do care about is the disrespectfulness of being called a liar by another adult that is lying. The rudeness along with poor costumer service coming straight from the owner herself was uncalled for. I have never been treated so badly and I highly encourage anyone looking for formal wear to go anywhere else unless you want to deal with the owners unprofessionalism.The owner then went on to text my husband and denied everything and never once apologized for her terrible customer service. Then she blocked me from her page on Facebook in hopes that no one would see my honest review of her business. The owner all states that she apologized several times but her Google reply is the first apology I have heard and if you ask me it wasn’t very apologetic. She also states she didn’t block me on Facebook but when I went to see what time she opened Tuesday I couldn’t find the page. So yet again another lie. She also states that every time I went in her store she was very helpful and had good costumer service but my second time in the store she had me wait for about 15 minutes while she had a personal call as if my time was not important and I had all day to wait. She has now threatened me for stating my honest opinion about my service.P.S. none of this affects the groom or bride. They are happy and will have a wonderful day.

I recently got a tux from Southern Elm for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sandy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through a wide selection of stylish options. The fit was impeccable, and the quality of the tuxedo exceeded my expectations. Sandy made sure each tux fit my groomsmen perfectly.She even went out of her way to help me with a special request for my brother in law with special needs. And didn't ask for an extra penny in return.If any issue came up, Sandy fixed it that day or very early the following day. Highly recommend for anyone in search of top-notch formalwear!
