So glad I was recommended here. Great staff, clean office, and very convenient. They always can fit me in if I need to change my appt. Jazmin is a great nurse practitioner and listener. She really knows what’s she’s doing and always has time if I have a problem. She really cares about your health. Both the girls in there are friendly and very kind every time I go in. Would recommend this place to everyone

Great practice! Jazmin is a great NP and is very knowledgeable she really listens to you and gives you the best plan of treatment. The nurse is very sweet and kind and makes you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere very clean!

I give a 5 star, my Doctor is Jasmin an she is one of the few primary care doctors I've had that actually show's how much she cares for her patientsShe not only knows what's best for her patient but also listens an take in patient's concerns. Unlike some others that don't listen to what patients tell them. Glad to have found her and this practice
