Had a great selection for my family. Even my husband who is big and tall. This store had a variety in his size 15 men shoe. As well as good sale items. I will continue to travel to shop at this location.

I had great service from Ms. Kyla as she checked me out. Ms. Dina the store manager located the shoe I wanted at another location. Ms. Dina was so sweet and so helpful.

Went today on 3/2/24. The lady at the front was insanely disrespectful and rude, hanging up on me when I called back, and mimicking me as well as yelling at me when I walked out of the store “yeah your welcome”Would never go back and spent a lot of time and money here, you all need better and respectable employees.

The options are great, Women's sizes are offered as high as 12 and 13 in some selections. The fact that these sizes are available on the floor is a major convenience! They even have wide options available where they are offered. Staff are readily available for assistance, although they have it set up so it's easy to help yourself too.

Yesterday, my friends and I visited this store and unfortunately, we felt as though we were being racially profiled. A staff member made comments such as "Don't be stealing" and "You all only have 5 minutes to shop." We would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers. Thank you.
