I made a online order on January 2 at 630pm. I had 3 days to pick it up. On January 3rd its stormed most of day and i wasnt able to go get it. On January 4th at 9am they cancelled my order. IT HAS NOT BEEN THREE FULL DAYS Even after they cancelled they sent me and text saying i had one more day to pick it up . I called the customer service department and they told me " oh you can pick it up at the front you have to pay cash for it ".. I got it via Klarna. Now I have to wait for my account to clear...I will not be using Sallys again.

Always have products on clearance. It's worth checking out for nail and hair dying items.

The employees couldn’t comprehend their own return policy. Policy said they would accept clippers unused, in original packaging, with a receipt. I checked all the boxes but they denied me an exchange . Had to bring it to another Sally’s that accepted it immediately. I also only had to exchange them because my friends asked for clippers that could fade for my birthday and they suggested ones without a fading lever.

Recently went into Sally's. The store is immaculate! I've lived in Hammond most of my life and NEVER have I seen Sally's so clean and organized.After telling one of the store ladies how much I enjoyed the new look of the store, she asked me "please, tell our manager; it will make her day."The manager, Kissy, has to be the most energetic and warm human I have ever encountered. I simply love her! I intend to go back to the store just to get to see Kissy again!Congrats to US HAMMOND...we have Kissy managing our Sally's!

Kissy the manager was terrible and very disrespectful. She needs to be demoted or fired. The way she treats the customers is ridiculous. She screams at the customers when it is not necessary. She was very rude and disrespectful to me and something needs to be done about it. No other sally’s has ever given me trouble except this one, so She is the issue. She needs to maybe have a lesson on customer service because she is the epitome of rude. If you’re going to choose a manager make sure it is someone with a respectful nature. Never coming to this sally’s again.

Manager is SO rude. Very impatient. Rushed me to check out & wasn't polite at all. Raised her voice at me for smelling a product saying I had to buy it now. IT WAS A DETANGLER SPRAY!!!!! It's not like i touched the product. Very rude. Will never return to this location.

My mom went to purchase a gift card for my daughter. They charged her the amount she wanted but never loaded the gift card. According to her bank draft/statement it was taken out. They refused to refund her money. Corporate was called and sure enough they stole the money. Sent us a letter and opened a case towards that store #23 and upon presenting the letter from corporate the manager stated they couldn't honor the letter and said district manager had to approve it. Sooo. Since when is the district manager higher then corporate. We were asked to leave and they would call us.... yeah right! So if anyone reads this STAY AWAY FROM THAT STORE!
