Wonderful boutique, always stocked with lots of different styles for different ages. The owner cares and will go out of her way to help. Great for last minute needs too.

Took the day off from work to go eat with my sister at tacos and beer which is exactly 1hr away from my home. We decided to go buy a gift for my little sister, did not find her style in that boutique so decided to get something for me and something for my baby. My bill was $150.78 for 2 items; a pair of dress shorts and 1 baby overall. Girl at register failed to explained why the items were so expensive. I lived in Milan 14 years, I also visit NY once a year I know some clothes can be very expensive and that's ok I just wasn't expecting that from a boutique in Hammond. However, I cannot deny they had pretty cute stuff there. I'm giving this place a 4 star review for 2 reasons: 1 one of the girls made me feel like we were going to steal something, she would pretend to be folding clothes everywhere we walked but she was nice and tried to help us but I would suggest cameras instead? And 2 since they have expensive clothing there employees should be more enthusiastic when showing the merchandise. If this is an exclusive store greet and treat well your customers so they can return independent of their looks.

Ruby is my favorite boutique! The best selection of denim anywhere in the region and great tops, sweaters, jackets and shoes! Ruby is a great place to go for gifts and for just the right jewelry to go with your outfit. Unique clothes + great service = my fave!!
