I enjoy shopping at Ross. Unfortunately, the styles were limited, women's sizes seemed smaller than the actual size, and customer service was fine until I noticed employees with cell phones.I'm assuming I came in on the wrong day at the wrong time ??.

Long lines no matter what time of year. Love the merchandise and I always find something to purchase but sick of the same ole stupid look from the employee's as if we bothered them because we were trying to spend our hard earned money.Over Ross.
