The facility is rundown. I paid for a climate controlled unit and AC is our area wasn't working. Reported it 3Xs and nothing was done. No person at the facility to talk to.

DO NOT RENT… UNITS HAVE MICE,ATE MY FURNITURE AND CLOTHES SHOES ETC… THEY DONT DO REFUNDS! ONLY BEEN THERE FOR 2 WEEKS…Called set up a appointment for someone to come and look into it and theyCalled me back a few hours b4 to Reschedule!!!!

I only used 1 star to be sure my post went through! Do not use this storage place!! My items were damaged by rodents!! I called them and wasn’t managed with urgency or care!! Droppings all through my storage! Totally gross!

Storage is a reasonable price for climate control but building is not cleaned or well kept my storage had dead roaches in the unit we had to clean out before moving furniture in.

We've been using this unit since 2021 and until now havent had any issues but I do not agree with the way problems are handled at this facility. We went to get our Christmas decorations and found out the unit had been leaking and many of our belongings are water damaged. We filed a claim with the insurance company and haven't heard back from that yet. We had to pay for a second unit to move our remaining items. We were told that we'd have to schedule an appointment with the site supervisor to survey the damage. Our original appointment was rescheduled. When I took off of work and showed up for the appointment today, I waited half an hour and then called into customer service. (Theres no one on site and no direct contact information available.) The supervisor "had an emergency " and can't make it. The first appointment was rescheduled due to an "emergency" so the supervisor at this location is either super unlucky or just doesn't have any sense of urgency when it comes to mold and leaks in their facility. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau but I doubt it will do anything with their already "D-" rating.
