Not sure how this trash trap pilot truck stop received 3 & a half star but my experience was beyond terrible . Only two fuel pumps working on a tiny street extremely congested I had to wait for two truck in front of me to fuel and clear only for some non employee and some ignorant rude overweight woman telling me that she was the manager . In which I had no interest of knowing or caring who she was . Both individuals gave me information I was already aware . She had the worst attitude I’ve experienced inside a pilot truck stop and I never went in this was all done at the fuel island . What manager come out to a driver bragging that there the manager ? Who cares who you are . This took place 09/04/2024 @ 2300 I would definitely fuel up @ another pilot with more room more fuel islands and most definitely a better professional manager who stays inside and minds her business . Especially if proper customer service is not your area of study . NOT A COOL PLACE TO FUEL . But on a positive not the motel next door has truck parking $15 a night if you get a room it’s $75 and you can park your truck for free pretty clean place good shower as well .

One of the worst ever. Night shift really suck. Random people coming in and workers stop to chat with friends while customers wait to pay for their items. Really need an employee remodeling.

Avoid this pilot, there’s a big woman that drives around with a little cart yelling at truck drivers that are already sleeping because she’s miserable and huge, she look like Rasputia, GO TO THE PETRO IN FRONT INSTEAD!!!!

The cashier is very nice trying to help. But the store manager has no customer service what so ever he needs to have patience on this job. Driver had stop with comck,efs,etc so he need to learn to deal with that. I will make sure my drivers won't ever stop here again. And they cash my check for 1000.00 now I have to go to all the process with efs that take 30day because the manager Sam didn't let or do his job

Awful. Crappy pumps, no receipt paper (no surprise). Squeegee was almost completely broken off the handle. Inside, to get receipt, not at all friendly, dingy. Will be sure to go anywhere else next time through.
