I am a regular customer at the Office Depot located at W Thomas St. Usually, I have a great experience and am in and out the door with no problem. Today was the opposite. The purpose of my visit today was to return a package. A couple of customers were in front of me so I patiently awaited my turn. After forty five minutes, the line had not moved. The employee serving the customers asked for assistance from other team members to help dwindle the line down. Her co workers refused to help their coworker. They sat, watched, and laughed as she continued to struggle to help the first customer. I was not so much upset with how much time was taken, but upset with the attitude and lack of support from team members at this location. I would be embarrassed to be a part of management or the team at this Office Depot location. Do not waste your time at this location, because they see no value in your time.

This store is extremely unprofessional. I made an order a week ago last Saturday with print services. It was extremely dark. The clerk mentioned to me that the new printer was making prints super dark and the other new printer was making orders extremely light. There was ZERO sense of urgency to correct the issue. I had to call them four days on Thursday just to learn they never started the order. Then when I pick up the order a week later this Saturday, there was a handwritten note stating that “it’s all or nothing” and they had internal notes stating NO RUSH. I will never under any circumstances patronize this store ever again. It’s always a new unprofessional incident.

Print and copy Elizabeth was doing her best handling a surge of customers keeping everything in order! Then Store Mgr Kathy came in the department to make things move along. Both were skilled and helpful!
